Ëââ§ê°á ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY â levi ackerman
đđđđđ¶đđ. your car breaks down before you can make it home for christmas. it leaves you with no choice but to call your ex-boyfriend.
đžđđđđđđđ. fluff, sfw, gn!reader, exes, christmas, light angst, second chance romance, soft!levi, modern au â 3.3k words
đđđđđ. dropping the annual levi christmas fic. happy birthday to my beloved, he is such a special character to me and has gotten me thru some rough times :( forever grateful u exist levi ackerman. this was going to go in a completely different direction in my head but... alas the words lead me and i must follow. hope you enjoy!
Of all the things to happen on Christmas Eve, car trouble ranked among the worst. Which, naturally, meant thatâs exactly what happened to you.Â
Something not too far from a blizzard had come in overnight, coating the roads in a thick, hazardous blanket. It looked beautiful, sure, but you were two hours away from where you needed to be on Christmas, and you figured â how bad could it be?
The answer was bad.
Youâd skidded, blown out a tire (they were old, due for a change), and found your hood popped open with an odd smoke, stranded only 30 minutes south of where youâd come from. Your family was expecting you home by the evening, there to see everyone for Christmas Eve dinner.Â
At this rate, youâd be lucky if you made it for Christmas at all.
After cursing yourself profusely for not just taking an extra day off and leaving yesterday, you started scrolling through your phone, looking for assistance.
The towing company answered the line in a sharp tone, already dismissive of your worries. It was idiots like you that kept them working Christmas Eve, and their annoyance was evident.
âWhat can I do for you?â a man, testy and older, answered.Â
You explained the situation, and received a less than understanding response.Â
âSorry, miss, but weâll be two hours out. Thereâs been a few other incidents, and weâre short-staffed. We can give you another call when we free up.â
âBut I need to be somewhere tonight. There must be something you can do?â
âSorry,â he said again, but it was clear he wasnât very sorry at all. âIf I were you, Iâd start making calls⊠See if thereâs anyone brave enough to come pick you up in this weather.â
He hung up on you.
You groaned, throwing your hands up in the air. It was unlikely that anyone would want to be your savior tonight. Your family was still 70 miles away, and everyone else you knew had other plans for Christmas Eve.Â
But.Â
You knew this stretch of road well, were more familiar with it than most streets along here. It was a country highway that wrapped around the smaller town before leading you onto the interstate, one direction to your hometown, the other to the city you lived in.Â
Of course, it was here that your car had decided to break down, just ten minutes away from your ex-boyfriendâs house â a man you knew would be home, and certainly wouldnât be afraid of the weather.Â
In fact, he was the only one that wasnât a tedious drive away, that could save you from the unfortunate situation youâd found yourself in.
You squeezed your eyes tight, trying not to cry.Â
Calling Levi seemed your only choice â as pathetic of a choice as that was. You werenât even sure heâd still have your number, or if heâd answer. But, your hands were becoming numb, the temperatures were dropping with the sun, and you werenât sure how long you could stay out here without getting frostbite.
Still, on the second ring, you faltered, licking your lips.Â
Maybe this was a bad idea. Itâd been three years, after all. For all you knew, he couldâve had a new partner, couldâve been engaged. He couldâve moved across the country without any warning â you had no idea.Â
Your hand started to fall away from your cheek, phone dropping with it. But the familiar tone stopped you, interrupting the third ring.
âHello?âÂ
You exhaled, unprepared for the wave of emotions that washed over you from that simple word. Levi sounded exactly like youâd remembered, his voice even, almost monotone, nothing in it betraying his emotions.Â
Still, it made your stomach twist. You couldnât help but recall a time when that word had held a hint of affection in it.
âLevi,â you said, pushing away that line of thought to keep your voice steady. âYou answered.âÂ
He was, apparently, just as surprised as you were. There was a long pause on the other end, before he resumed talking.
âI almost didnât,â Levi admitted, releasing a breath of air that had to have come through his nose. âI didnât want to. But, I couldnât think of a good reason youâd call me on Christmas Eve unlessââ
âIâm so sorry,â you cut him off, apologizing. You pinched the bridge of your nose, shivering in the cold. âI wouldnât be calling if I werenât desperate. but my car broke down â I was driving back to my parentsâ house, and the tow company canât come yetâŠâ you rushed through the story, sparing too many details. âBut itâs freezing, and you were the closest person I could think to call.â
He went silent once again.Â
That was when you started to realize how crazy youâd been to call him. The last conversation youâd had was around this time of year, both of you stiffly walking through all the reasons you were worse for each other than you were better.Â
This was a horrible idea.Â
âIâm sorry,â you said again, shaking your head. Tears of embarrassment flooded your waterline. You werenât sure theyâd ever stopped. âThis was stupid. Fuck. Forget it. IâllââÂ
âWhere are you?âÂ
âWhat?âÂ
âWhere are you?â Levi repeated, insistent. âI only answered because I figured it was an emergency. Looks like I was right. So where are you?âÂ
Your heart flipped at the notion that, even if it was a small part of him, he still cared.Â
After fifteen more minutes of shivering in your freezing car, you ended up back at Leviâs house. The same house heâd lived in for ten years, and probably would live in until he died.
Levi wasnât a homebody â in fact, he liked to spend more time outside of the house than he probably spent in it. He traveled a lot, sometimes for work, sometimes for fun. But it was a home that had belonged to his mother, until she passed away when he was freshly eighteen.Â
Even if he hated living in this suburban town, you didnât think he could stomach to part with the home heâd been raised in. One of the only things he had left of his mom.
It was almost heartbreaking, that you knew such intimate details about a person that had faded out of your life.
Leviâs house looked about the same, but Levi⊠Well, he looked incredible. As far as breakups went, he must have gotten the better end of it. Â
His black hair was lightly dusted with snow when he helped you out of his car, red cheeks a bright contrast against his pale skin. Time may have dulled your memory of him, but you could have sworn his eyes had gotten even more blue in the time youâd been apart.
God, he was gorgeous. How had you ever been with someone like him?
âWould you like any tea?â Levi asked, taking you to the kitchen. Not like youâd forgotten how to get there. Youâd spent enough time in his house to know the layout, right down to the foundation.
âSure,â you said, still shivering, even with the heat blasting in the house. âThank you, Levi. Not just for the tea, but for helping me. I wonât stay long, I promise.â
Levi was rummaging through his cabinet, and looked over his shoulder, back at you. Something rest on the edge of his tongue, but he said nothing, busying himself once more.Â
The kitchen was the same as youâd remembered. None of the furniture had changed, but heâd added new appliances, changed out some of the cookware. Poinsettias were in the middle of the table, the only festive thing in the room.
You stared at them, and frowned, the tension between the two of you palpable. While youâd met each other once again like youâd never been parted, there still an underlying current of mistrust and uncertainty. A feeling that was expected to linger.
The break-up between you hadnât been nasty, but you hadnât parted on the best of terms, either. You and Levi had always argued⊠a lot. Half the time, it didnât mean anything, but you couldnât stop yourself from spitting something mean when you got angry.
It was your similarities that drove you apart, not your differences. You were both so neat, you fought over where things were meant to go. You were both independent, you grew frustrated with sharing space and compromises.
You were both stubborn, and never admitted to being wrong, even when it caused a rift between you and split you apart for good.
Of course, the worst issue was your tendency to bottle up your feelings, rather than talk through them. A problem that Levi shared â meaning that every little thing between you was brushed under the rug, only to trip you up later.
Levi brought the steaming mug over, pushing it to you across the table. You took a small sip of it, blinking at him over the edge of ceramic.Â
âMy favorite tea?â you asked, recognizing the taste of it immediately. âYou remembered.âÂ
âI wasnât sure if you still liked it, but Iâve kept it around anyway,â Levi said, and, as if realizing what heâd admitted, continued, âIt grew on me. I drink it now.âÂ
You smiled. It was small and sad, mourning all the things youâd lost, but the sentiment warmed you all the same. You remembered Levi loved earl grey in the mornings, and chamomile before bed. In the fall, he preferred rooibos, the color and flavor reminded him of the autumn leaves.Â
Or maybe he didnât. Maybe he didnât like any of those things, anymore.Â
âIâm glad you like it now,â you said, humming. âYou never did, before.âÂ
It sounded like a jab, even if you didnât mean it as one. Levi stiffened, only slightly, before he released the tension and snorted, tightening his grip around the mug.Â
You glanced at his hands, slender and pale, veins purple under his skin. Hands that had once roamed all over your body, slipped inside you, pulling you apart from the seams.Â
That wasnât a path you wanted to go down. You blinked, pushing away that line of thought as your stomach flipped, and prayed he hadnât noticed your staring.Â
âAnyway,â Levi coughed, clearing his throat.Â
You nearly shrunk from embarrassment, certain that he had discerned your thoughts, but Levi wasnât looking at you at all. His eyes were fixed on the clock across the room, watching the hand rotate around the frame.Â
âYou were visiting your family. How have they been?âÂ
Safe conversation, easy conversation. The kind that you could have had with any stranger, even if Levi knew all your family by name, knew your Christmas traditions. You repeated old history anyway, like you were meeting him for the first time, sharing weekend plans with an acquaintance before going your separate ways.Â
The two of you chatted for a while, sipping on your teas, all the while, avoiding the topic of his holiday plans â if only to sidestep the discomfort that came with hearing he had none. Not that that was shameful, of course. Plenty of people did nothing for the holidays, didnât want to.Â
But, Levi had always come home with you for Christmas, for five years. Everyone loved him. Although youâd been nervous, at first, Levi fit right in, made himself comfortable with those that you cherished. He was polite, even though his sarcasm often bled through. But, that only made him funnier, in the eyes of everyone you held dear. Theyâd always given him two sets of gifts â for Christmas and his birthday â excited to watch him open them.Â
Levi had always been so stoic when he responded with a stiff thank you, but you could see how touched he was, how pleased to be integrating himself so easily into your life.Â
Heâd made your holidays better than theyâd ever been.
Now, he spent them alone.Â
You couldnât help but feel like your breakup had taken something special away from him, something he shouldâve gotten to keep, even whilst you were separated. Maybe you could invite him home with you, just so your cousins could play one more round of cards with him and lose.
Melancholia flowered in your chest, and you, then, yearned for those moments, the ones youâd kept so dear.Â
How had everything gone so wrong?
Your conversation stalled. You looked at each other, unsure what to say next.Â
Shifting anxiously in your seat, you stood, as if for the first time realizing that you were in Levi Ackermanâs house, and you shouldnât have been. That you were having cordial conversation with a man you swore to never speak to again, and it was like falling back into a routine, it was normal.Â
And that was the worst thing about it â you knew whyâd youâd broken up, but right now, you could hardly recall a good reason.
âIâm sorry,â you said for the millionth time that evening, eyes flashing towards the clock. It had only been thirty minutes, but the snow was getting worse and your tea was cold. âI should call my parents and let them know I wonât be home tonight. Hopefully the roads will beââ
âWait.â Levi reached out, grabbing your hand before you could stand and make your exit.Â
Your eyes flashed down to where you touched, at the same time his did, before you uncomfortably broke away. Levi blinked, then chewed the inside of his cheek, his mouth still drawn into that unexpressive, thin line.Â
âWhat?â you asked, after too many seconds of silence.Â
Levi inhaled, then dropped his head, jaw working as he looked away. âIâve done a lot of thinking, over the past two years.â
Your breath caught in your chest. âAbout?âÂ
You already knew the answer.
âWhen weââ He licked his lips, eyes narrowing at the microwave, before they met your own. âDecided to end it.âÂ
Decided to end it. What a harsh way of putting it, but you supposed it was true. A final round in the passionate romance youâd had. A break-up seemed too simple for what youâd been, when it had ripped your heart out of your chest.Â
âOh,â you said, swallowing.Â
âI know you might not want to have this conversation,â he said, nodding to himself. âBut I need to say what I shouldâve a long time ago. That Iâm sorry.â Leviâs eyes were on you then, a more intense shade than youâd ever seen before. You froze, feeling unable to move, locked in the storminess of his gaze. âSo many things were my fault. All the times I was dismissive, the times I was angry. All the times I didnât communicate when I shouldâve.â He released a breath, and despite his bravado, you realized he was just as nervous as you were. âI didnât know how to love you like you wanted, and Iâm sorry that I did such a bad job of it.âÂ
You blinked, watching him shift in his chair. âLeviâŠâ you said slowly, softly, the word agonizing as it left his lips.Â
âI know that doesnât make it right, but I need you to know. I am sorry. You deserved better.âÂ
That, alone, brought you close to tears, that he seemed to be taking the blame for all the things that went wrong. Putting it on himself, when it was both of you, incapable of working together. âLevi, Iâm sorry too,â you blinked back your tears, setting aside your pride. Youâd already lost enough dignity, what was a little more? âYou loved me just fine. Maybe I just couldnât appreciate what I had. I never tried hard enough to make it work.âÂ
âThat isnât true.âÂ
ïżœïżœYes, it is.âÂ
âNo,â Levi huffed, âitâsââ But then he stopped, gathering himself, catching the fall, right back into the same old routine. You looked down at your hands, embarrassed. âWe werenât bad for each other. Nothing we ever did was bad for each other.â It sounded like a question, even if it wasnât.
âIt must have been,â you said, in a small voice. âOtherwiseâŠâÂ
Otherwise, youâd still be together.Â
Levi smiled, but it didnât reach his eyes. His hands clenched and unclenched on the table. âI shouldâve called you, when you left. I shouldnât have let you walk away.âÂ
âBut you did.âÂ
âI did,â he breathed. âAnd I regret it every day of my life.âÂ
You looked up at him, eyes shining at the realization. He still wanted you, maybe even still loved you.Â
And as much as you cared for him, as much as your heart still bloomed in your chest at the sight of him, you werenât sure how you felt about that.
âLeviââ you began, hoping to dispel the conversation. But he didnât let it get that far, voice cracking at the start of his sentence.
âI mean it. I think about it all the time. About you. You were my friend as much as you were my partner, and I wanted you forever. I miss you. Iââ Levi cut himself off, there, at the growing look of fear on your face, the knowledge that he was going to let something slip he shouldnât.Â
It tugged at your heartstrings all the same, and you looked away, wrapping yourself up in your arms.Â
Silence fell across the room, the only sound the howling wind outside, a flurry of snow crashing against the window. Levi waited, patiently, for you to be the one to break the silence â and you summoned up all your courage, all your honesty, for a response.
âI would be lying, if I said I didnât think about it too⊠What it would be like to try again.âÂ
Levi looked up, blue eyes narrow, but sharp with anticipation. âYouââ
âI miss you too, Levi.â It felt like carving your heart out of your chest and handing it to him on a platter. âBut it couldnât be like it was before. Where we talked to each other about everything except for what really mattered. We canât.â you swallowed, shaking your head. âI canât do that again.âÂ
âI know.â Levi licked his lips. âIs that something⊠You would want?âÂ
Was it? Was Levi truly what you wanted, or were you not thinking clearly, only remembering the good times amongst all the bad. Were you just yearning for an idealization of love, a feeling that youâd been missing since splitting with Levi? Was it him you really wanted, or just someone to call your own?
But you knew the answer. It was obvious.
âYes,â you answered, so quiet you werenât sure he could hear it. âI would⊠I do want that. Maybe thatâs why I didnât hesitate to call you tonight.âÂ
Levi didnât smile, but his eyes brightened, the storminess fading away so they looked like the sky. The cloud of grey above him melted away, and he seemed even younger than he had before, caught in the promises of adoration, akin to a boy in a schoolyard.Â
âYou can spend Christmas with me. Your birthday,â you said, hesitantly, not knowing if youâd even make it home, if youâd be stuck here. If that kind of invitation was not yours to give. âIf thatâs something youâd want.âÂ
âIt is,â Levi answered softly, without questioning it, gripping your hand across the table. âI wouldïżœïżœt want to spend it any other way.â
You smiled at each other, then, caught up in the glow of Christmas lights and the snow outside, a shaky vow holding between you. Maybe things wouldnât change â maybe they would go back to how itâd been before, neither of you ever saying what you really meant. Maybe youâd hurt each other worse than you ever had before.Â
But you loved him â you loved each other. And that could be enough.
thank you for reading! â€ïž reblogs and comments are appreciated!!! i might write a pt 2 if there is enough interest, but i wanted to finish this before christmas âĄÌ

GHOSTS OF THE PAST (Batfam x neglected hero reader)
đâș CHRISTMAS SPECIAL
Warning: spelling mistakes (English is not my first language) and the reader has black hair and blue eyes (sorry), fem reader! I accept criticism, everything is fiction!
The lights in New York shone in the middle of the winter night, the snow, fluffy and white, fell slowly due to the cold wind that adorned the city. The moon shone with a subtle glow, illuminating the buildings and streets, on these same streets people were still walking in large numbers, different from normal, the end of the year night made everyone run to buy gifts and prepare for the celebration.
Amidst the vastness of buildings, a solitary figure was hanging from the building. Sitting on her knees, she watched the movement on the avenues.
You had the mask over your face, the penetrating cold on your body made you shiver sometimes, not that you cared about the cold.
But even if you didn't care about the cold or if it caused you discomfort, you knew the limits that the human body could withstand (although you are technically not 'human'), so you had the decency to wear a jacket and raise the hood.
Watching the city and lost in your thoughts, you barely noticed the wind beside you change, but of course your danger sensor never fails, so you knew when he was next to you.
"I thought you'd already left." You heard Conner sigh in defeat, almost laughing at your reaction, almost.
"Nah, I thought I'd keep my favorite spider friend company." He floated next to you, leaning proudly towards you. Before, the constant presence of supers irritated you, but you learned to get used to them, even liking them sometimes.
"Well, you're wasting your time, I'll finish patrol early today." You peeled your hands off the wall, making you stand leaning over the building. Conner's eyes widened, flying closer to you. "W-wait, seriously?!"
Oh, bad choice.
"What, so you actually have a life outside of heroin work?" You rolled your eyes as you walked down the building. You weren't lying, although you would rather finish your patrol, you needed to go to a store. Alex is preparing a night of sweets and homemade food for Christmas, she asked you to pick up some ingredients for her.
"Who would have thought, and here I thought the little spider lived alone and lonely" Conner drastically put his hand on his chest and made a cheap show of you, trying to tease you.
"Ha ha, very funny little super, but since I live alone and lonely, I'll leave now." You launched the web over another building and swung upwards, stopping on a rooftop. You were about to run again when Conner's voice reached you. "Wait, spider!"
You turned to find Conner in front of you, he seemed to want to say something, but gave up. He rubbed his neck, looking away. "I was hoping to convince you to go home but it looks like I'll have to settle for thisâŠ"
You turned to him, confused, the snow falling between the two of you. "Settle for whatâ" Your eyes widened as Conner handed you a gift box, it was wrapped in cupcakes.
You looked at Conner, who was smiling shyly at you. "Merry Christmas Spider-Woman."
Oh
Oh.
You took the gift hesitantly, your red face (thank God) hidden under the mask, you took the box, contouring its folds, when you gathered the courage to speak again. "Thank you Conner, I really appreciate it."
Conner's smile grew bigger than it could, the bright gold smile that lit up any darkness. "No problem, next Christmas I'll convince you to spend it with us."
"Maybe, who knows?"
Conner was surprised again, but this time you didn't let him speak. You activated your camouflage, jumping away from the place, heading home.
But as you jumped between the buildings, a smile appeared on your face.
You were happy, we won't lie.

Peppermint Kisses and Christmas Promises
Master List
Characters: Jensen Ackles x Reader
Warnings: Nothing too much just some fluff and sweet Jensen, oh and some SMUT. đ
A/N: So this is kinda a 2nd part to my story Whiskey Kisses and Broken Promises. You can read this as a stand alone or as a 2nd part. We find our reader and Jensen sharing their first Christmas together after that fateful night shared at the hotel.Â
This is a work of fiction and does not depict real life. Written fast and edited fast. Please overlook any errors.Â
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.Â
Minors DNI 18+
The night Jensen and I met and had sex was one of the best nights of my life. After returning home my husband and I decided to go our separate ways.Â
We tried therapy, but nothing worked. We were both to blame. His effort to save the marriage was lackluster at best, and I couldnât get Jensen out of my head.Â
Jensen had left Danneel too, but they stayed a united front for the kids.Â
Jensen tried to juggle his career, his family and me for awhile, but it started to become too much for him. Anytime he came back to me, he was exhausted and just worn out.Â
We made the decision to see each other when we could. It took pressure off of him trying to juggle his time off between me and his kids.Â
I didnât want to be the reason his kids didnât get to see him, so I took a step back.Â
I had fallen in love with him and my heart ached for his presence, but his children were the priority.Â
It was Christmas Eve and I had just gotten home from work. The soft glow of the Christmas lights cast shadows in the living room. It had been a few weeks since Jensen was last in my arms and I wanted him back.Â
Me: Merry Christmas Eve, Jens. I hope you get a chance to video chat tonight. I have a special surprise for the next time I see you. đ
Jensen: Hey sweetheart, I canât wait to see you. Iâll have some time tonight after the kids go to bed to video chat. I love you, Y/N.
My heart fluttered. Weâd both said it to each other, but each time still made me fill with so much love.Â
I had wanted to say it first, but I was afraid it would scare him off, so I kept it inside. The night he said it to me Iâll never forget.Â
We had just finished making love and we were laying in the bed talking. Jensen ever the charmer decided he was going to start tickling me. I squirmed and giggled under him and his laugh filled the room.Â
His green eyes sparkled with love and mischievousness.Â
âJens, stop. Iâm gonna pee.â He laughed louder, âOkay, okay. Iâll stop. God I love watching you laugh.â He swept the hair in my face away, leaned down and placed a soft kiss on my lips, âI love you, Y/N.âÂ
I laid under him stunned. I swallowed and looked up at him, his eyes searching mine. I touched his face softly, âJens, I love you too.âÂ
His lips crashed onto mine and he deepened the kiss.Â
Jensen: So sweetheart, tell me what you asked Santa for?Â
I smiled when I read the text. How could I really tell him what I wanted? I couldnât tell him I wanted him by my side. I couldnât tell him I was starting to feel that familiar loneliness again. We agreed on this. To love Jensen, to be in his life required sacrifice.Â
That didnât make it any less painful.Â
Me: Oh you know the usual, peppermint bark, fuzzy socks and maybe a late night naughty video chat with the love of my life.Â
Jensen looked at his phone and chuckled.Â
Jensen: wow chocolate, fuzzy socks and a naughty video. Thatâs quite a tall order. Have you been a good girl this year? đ
I giggled.Â
Me: I donât know. Iâm really good at being naughty. Does that count?
Jensen: Oh you better believe it does. Hey, by the way, did you get the delivery I sent? The tracking is showing it delivered and left at your door.Â
Me: Iâll go check. Nobody rang the bell. Hold on.Â
Jensen: Okay. Let me know.Â
I walked towards the front door and opened it. My heart sank. There was no package at the door, which means someone probably stole it. I let out a big sigh.Â
âWell that didnât sound like a good sigh.â My head whipped up and standing in front of me was Jensen.Â
I leaped into his arms and he chuckled.
I peppered his face with kisses and he laughed. âJensen how, when?â Was all I could get out while I was kissing him.Â
He smirked against my lips, âMerry Christmas, baby.âÂ
âOh, Merry Christmas, Jensen.â I took his hand and we went into the apartment.Â
I couldnât take my eyes off of him then reality came crashing down, âJens, donât get me wrong, Iâm so glad youâre here, but what about the kids. Itâs Christmas Eve.âÂ
He cupped my face and smiled gently, âHoney, I worked it out. There was no way I was going to leave you alone for Christmas. Deeâs family is in town and we decided together the kids will spend Christmas Eve and Day with Dee and her family, then the kids are going to spend Christmas night with us.âÂ
âOh thatâs incredible..wait. Did you say us?âÂ
He nodded, âYes, come home with me. Spend Christmas with me and the kids. They love you and I want to spend the holidays with my family, all together.âÂ
I bit my lip. My heart swelled at his request, but I was hesitant. âWhat does Danneel think about it? I donât want to make her uncomfortable or upset.âÂ
âBaby, it was her idea. She knows how much youâve sacrificed so I can be with the kids more. Come on Y/N. What do you say? Spend Christmas with me and the kids.âÂ
I smiled and nodded, âIf youâre sure Iâd love to. That would be amazing.âÂ
He smiled and scooped me into his arms, âoh baby I canât wait. God I love you.âÂ
âI love you too, Jensen. So much.âÂ
âHey, Y/N. I believe you said something about a special surprise.â He wiggled his eyebrows.Â
âI did, but if you want to see it then you have to close your eyes and wait.â I giggled.Â
He smirked, âI can do that darlinâ.â
I ran to my room, changed into the Santa lingerie I bought and walked back into the living room.Â
Jensen was sitting on the arm of the couch with a grin plastered across his face.Â
I took a deep breath and bit my lip, âOkay, open your eyes.âÂ
Jensenâs green eyes fluttered open and his jaw hit the ground. I stood in front of him nervously.Â
âWell?â I asked softly. âDamn sweetheart. You look incredible. Iâm so glad I got to see this in person. Come âere.âÂ
I walked towards his open arms and he pulled me close. His thick fingers grabbing my flesh.Â
His lips found mine and trailed down my neck and body. My held dipped back and his lips and teeth raked across my skin.Â
I moaned, âOh Jensen. Please baby. Itâs been too long. Take me to our room.âÂ
Jensen led me backwards through the hallway and to the room. Our bodies tangled together.Â
He tossed me on the bed and I landed with a giggle and bounce.Â
Jensen growled when he saw the way my breasts bounced in the lingerie.Â
He pulled his shirt over his head and kicked off his shoes. Next he removed his jeans and boxers in one pull.Â
I bit my lip and my thighs clenched together looking at him.Â
As Jensen climbed on the bed I moved backwards towards the pillows. He moved slowly like a predator stalking their prey and my body responded to the dark, lustful look in his eyes.Â
Jensen kissed up my thighs and his fingers found my dripping wet lips. He parted them and achingly slowly he moved two fingers inside.
My body responded to his touch and my back and hips arched into him.Â
âOh fuck, Jens. You feel incredible.âÂ
Jensenâs fingers pumped in and out of my as his thumb brushed against my sensitive clit. He leaned forward and kissed me while working his fingers inside me.Â
When he turned his fingers and hooked up I moaned loudly and called his name.Â
âYes baby, that feels good doesnât it? Youâre so wet for me.â
My moans filled the air as Jensen pushed me closer to the edge. My walls tightened around his fingers. He knew I was close.Â
Jensen got close to my ear, his hot breath rushing over my earlobe and neck, sending shivers through my body. âCome on baby, cum for me. Let me feel you.âÂ
As Jensen kissed my pulse point on my neck my body obeyed his command and I came hard with a scream of his name.Â
Jensen helped me ride out my release and when he pulled his fingers out they were dripping with my release.Â
Jensen smirked as he looked down at me. My hair is a mess, sweat beaded on my forehead and my face just as flushed red as the lingerie I wore.Â
âGod youâre so beautiful. I canât believe youâre mine.âÂ
I smiled, âYes, Jensen. Iâm yours forever.â
He kissed my forehead, âAre you ready baby?âÂ
I nodded eagerly. Jensen moved my legs apart a bit more as he pumped himself a few times. Lining his hardened length to my core he pushed his pink, glistening head through my folds and inside me.Â
We both moaned as he pushed in. Inch by inch as my fingers dug into his shoulders and his fingers gripped my hips.Â
As Jensen bottomed out he leaned his head into the crook of my neck. âDamn baby, youâre always so tight for me. I need a minute or Iâm going to cum right now.âÂ
I bit my lip and looked into his emerald orbs, dark with lust and desire. âYouâre so beautiful and Iâm so damn lucky.âÂ
There it was again, another reason I have fallen so hard for him.Â
The way he looks at me and reminds me of how beautiful I am never ceases to amaze me.Â
Jensen gained his composure and pulled back before snapping his hips forward with a grunt.Â
He lifted my legs up a little bit higher, changing the position of giving himself more leverage.Â
His hips went back and again snapped forward, setting a rhythmic pace that had me teetering on the edge again.Â
Our moans were pornographic and the sound of flesh hitting flesh filled the small space of the bedroom.Â
âGod Y/N, you feel amazing. Fuck!â âJens, Iâm close again.âÂ
One of his hands found its way to my overly sensitive clit and he began to rub as his hips continued their movement into mine.Â
âMmm, Jens. Iâm gonnaâŠâ my voice trailed off.Â
âYeah baby. Cum for me. Soak my cock.â I came hard as he said that. Like my body was obeying him.Â
His pace became sloppy as my walls clenched around his cock and with a final thrust and groan he spilled his seed deep inside me, coating my insides with his release.âÂ
As he pulled out some of his cum fell out. He stood up and grabbed a towel to clean me and himself up.Â
After we were clean he laid down beside me and pulled me into the comfort of his arms.Â
âThat was amazing Y/N.â I smiled, âYeah it was. It always is with you Jensen.âÂ
âSo, Iâm thinking before we leave to head to my place, maybe I can give you your Christmas gift here.âÂ
âThat sounds great and Iâll give you yours too.â He nodded.Â
âCome âere, letâs rest and we can do it over dinner. Iâm taking my best girl out tonight.â We snuggled together and dozed off for a few hours. I always felt safe and protected in his arms.Â
When we got up we showered and Jensen told me to put on something dressy. He had made reservations at my favorite restaurant, but they had a strict dress code.Â
I fixed my hair, put on some makeup, my favorite dress Jensen bought me, and my heels.Â
Walking into the living room my breath hitched looking at him. âWow, look at you Jens. You look incredible.âÂ
He smirked, âYouâre gorgeous, Y/N. Come on baby, do a little turn for me.â I smirked, bit my lip and turned. He whistled which made me blush.Â
âOkay, I think youâre missing something.â He said as he looked at me. âWhat?âÂ
âThis.â He pulled out a velvet box and opened it. Inside was a silver necklace with a large snowflake charm that was full of diamonds. I gasped, âJensen, itâs beautiful. Thank you.â I kissed his lips and moved my hair out of the way so he could put it on me.Â
I touched the necklace and thanked him again. I stood at the mirror admiring the necklace. It was beautiful, and was so thoughtful.Â
âHmmm.â I heard Jensen say from behind me. I turned and looked at him, âWhat?âÂ
âI donât know. I think there is something still missing.â I looked at him confused, âJens, I have everything. Iâm not missing anything, my purse is over there.âÂ
I looked back in the mirror giving myself a once over. I was confused.Â
âNo, I think youâre missing this.â I turned around to see Jensen on one knee, and a smaller velvet box in his hand.Â
I gasped and looked at his green eyes sparkling in the glow of the Christmas tree. His smile was wide and bright.Â
Y/N, you came into my life unexpectedly. During one of the darkest times of my life. Since then Iâve fallen deeper in love with you and you remind me everyday why I did. Youâve always put me and my children before you and you were willing to spend Christmas alone so my kids could be with me. Youâre the most selfless person Iâve ever met and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I love you, will you marry me?â
I stood in shock. This was happening so fast, but I knew he was the one. I took a deep breath, stepped closer and with tears in my eyes I shook my head yes. âYes, Jensen. Iâll marry you. I love you.âÂ
He leaped up, pulled me in his arms and kissed me. Sliding the ring on my finger he smiled, âPerfect.â I looked at him and then at the ring, âYes it is. Merry Christmas, Jensen.â âMerry Christmas, Y/N.â

Oh goodness, we slammed right back into reality. My parents met us with the boys at our house in Pensacola. Riv got sick--what I hope is just a 24 hour virus--and was puking all morning. Fingers crossed that he's on the mend and none of the rest of us get sick.
I made clam chowder for dinner because I thought my parents would really enjoy it. Then I made peanut butter cookies and a chicken salad for lunch tomorrow. Tomorrow is our anniversary, and we will be going out for anniversary sushi with the boys--and maybe my parents. For Christmas Day I'm doing a frittata for the first time, and I'll make spinach dip beforehand. I also bought a strawberry jalapeño jam to pour over a brick of cream cheese and eat with Ritz crackers. REALLY looking forward to this. I usually drink a couple mimosas too. I'm also making chicken sausage gumbo, which I do every year, and it is always so delicious and special, except for the years when my roux separates, and then it feels like a DISASTER. It's not, but it feels that way. So, good juju for good roux.
Now I'm watching The Family Stone, which is my favorite Christmas movie. The set design is perfect, and all the actors are doing their very, very best with a script that is often touching and funny but sometimes just really silly.
Diane Keaton also has a perfect wardrobe in this movie. I tried for years to replicate her pajamas and robe(s) situation when I lived in cold places, and I never quite got there despite my best efforts.
I am really looking forward to coffee in the morning. I hope my baby doesn't puke in his crib tonight :/

Sanji was getting desperate. Â
The longer he went without telling you he loved you, that he was completely enamored with every part of your entire soul and being, that your existence gave him a reason to live and keep on breathing, the more he felt himself go absolutely insane. Â
He felt like a little kid on Christmas morning, sitting in front a mountain of presents but not being able to open them because it âwasnât time to open them yetâ, and thatâs exactly how he felt with his situation with you: there was nothing more he wanted to do than to tell you he was in love with you, but he knew that it wasnât the right time just yet. He didnât want to just flat out say âI love youâ while you both were doing some rudimentary task or chore, or offhandedly one night while you both were doing the dishes after supper. He wanted something more than that, something special and extravagant. Â
You were the love of his life, and you deserved everything under the sun and more, so he wanted to make this very intimate and private moment between you two as special as he could, and that required some serious planning and patience on his part. Â
So, after his conversation with Nami a few days ago, her letting him vent out all of his frustrations and apprehensions he had with her, practicing saying those three special words numerous times so when the moment was right with you, they would just roll off the tongue, and some planning, he was ready to confess his feelings to you.Â
But something was wrong. Â
You were avoiding him and he had absolutely no idea why.Â
At first, he thought he was imagining things, that it was all in his head, but he shouldâve known something was up when you didnât come to dinner the first night.Â
Sanji had finished putting the last plate of food on the table, the rest of the crew already sitting down, ready to dig in, when he cast another glance at your empty spot at the table. It was weird, you were always the first one to show up to dinner too, always arriving early to lend him a helping hand or to help set up the table, and you were always the last one to leave, either due to being a slow eater or to help him clean up and do the dishes together. The unofficial dinner time routine you both shared was something he cherished and never took for granted; it was his favorite part of the day because he knew he always got to spend that time with you regardless of the dayâs events.Â
But that daily routine had been broken. That first night, which was coincidentally on the same day where he had his big talk with Nami, you were missing, and it didnât sit right with him.Â
âWhereâs y/n?â He asked aloud to no one in particular, still standing, one hand on the back of his chair and a perplexed look on his face. Â
âOh, sheâs not coming,â Luffy said casually as he started eating, like you missing dinner was a normal thing.Â
It was, in fact, not normal. Not to Sanji. âWhat?â he asked, his eyes widening slightly. âWhy? Is she ok?â he asked quickly, his mind starting to race at the idea that something was wrong with you.Â
âI guess so,â Luffy said, shrugging. âShe seemed fine to me.âÂ
Sanji exhaled a resigning sigh through his nose as he begrudgingly sat down. He didnât really like Luffyâs answer, since the guy had a habit of missing important social nuances in conversations, but he had no choice. So, he ate his dinner halfheartedly, suddenly losing his appetite. Â
After dinner, when he was cleaning up the kitchen solo, he made sure to put together a plate of leftovers for you and placed it in the oven so it would be warm for whenever you were ready to eat.Â
But the next morning, when he checked the oven and saw the now overcooked and burnt plate of food still in there, untouched, Sanji felt his chest tighten... and not in a good way. Maybe you didnât know the food was in there?Â
So, when you didnât show up to dinner on the second night, Sanji followed the same routine as he did the night before, but this time he left a note on the counter with your name on it, detailing instructions on how to reheat the food he had lovingly prepared for you so it wouldnât burn just in case you were having a midnight meal. Â
That following morning, he felt a bit better when he went into the kitchen, figuring that his plan worked, but when he saw his note in the exact same position where he had left it, he had a sinking feeling in his stomach. His suspicions were confirmed when he opened the oven door and saw the now cold and ruined plate of leftovers just sitting there again, untouched, he let out a small breath of disbelief. Â
He hated wasting food, it was one of his core principles as a person and a chef, but he hated the thought of you not eating even more.Â
On the third night of you not showing up to dinner, Sanji had enough.Â
âAlright, where is she?â he asked standing before the dinner table holding the main dish of the evening, not moving to put it down, his voice devoted of his usual good humor and pleasant attitude and replaced with a sterner tone, like a parent whoâs had enough of their childâs antics and just wanted the truth. âWhereâs y/n?âÂ
Unfortunately, Zoro was the one to speak up. âSheâs fine.âÂ
Sanji scoffed, letting out a humorless, disbelieving breath as he shook his head once. He could barely believe what he was hearing- that you missing dinner more than once was anything but normal. âOh, really, mosshead? âSheâs fineâ?â He looked back at the swordsman, an edge to his voice, sharp like one of his many kitchen knives, as he asked, âYou think her missing dinner for three nights in a row is her âbeing fineâ?âÂ
âWhoa, keep your pants on, waiter,â Zoro bit back. âIâm just telling you what she told me. Whatâs your problem?âÂ
âMy problem,â the chef started, his voice rising slightly as his mouth twisted into a cynical smile, âis that y/n has missed dinner for three days now, and none of you seem to care.âÂ
âHey, thatâs not fair, we care!â Usopp said defensively. âBut ever since she started writing her book, sheâs been so busy-âÂ
In hearing that, Sanji immediately felt all of his anger and annoyance evaporate, instantly feeling empty, his insides turning into ice. He felt his body go rigid, feeling like he just got kicked in the stomach, the air knocked out of his lungs. A beat passed as he tried his hardest to control his face and contain his emotions. The last thing he wanted was the crew commenting on his body language, he was already dealing with enough. His hands gripped the dish in his hand harder, his knuckles going white. Sanji felt another wave of pain stab itself in his chest. He swallowed thickly, trying to push down his emotions as he slowly asked, âSheâs... writing a book?âÂ
At once, the room became awkward as the rest of the straw hats exchanged looks with each other. It was pretty obvious to everyone that you and Sanji were close to (in love with) each other, so for you not to tell him something as monumental as this was incredibly weird and out of character.Â
âYeah, man...â Usopp answered slowly, shifting in his chair uncomfortably. âShe started it a couple of days ago... she didnât tell you?â he asked tentatively, looking up at the crestfallen cook. Â
Sanji felt the knife in his chest twist at Usoppâs question as he looked down at the dinner plate in his hands, pursing his lips momentarily. âUh... no. No, she, uh...didnât.â He breathed out a light, dejected laugh, looking back up at the rest of the crew with a small, fake smile, trying to pretend that everything was alright and normal between you two, when it was far from it. âI guess she forgot to tell me.âÂ
But Zoro was never one to beat around the bush. âOr maybe sheâs just avoiding you.âÂ
Immediately, the room became silent. It was like all the air got sucked out of the room and no one dared to say a thing.Â
Well, except for Luffy. âWhat?â the straw-hat captain started, shaking his head once with a slight disbelieving smile. âWhat do you mean Zoro?â he asked as he looked to his left at his first mate. âWhy would y/n be avoiding Sanji?âÂ
"Well,â Zoro started, picking up his drink. âItâs pretty obvious that those two are basically joined at the hip,â he said, taking a quick swing of his beer, âso itâs just weird that she wouldnât tell him something like this.âÂ
âYeah, but that doesnât mean sheâs avoiding him exactly,â Nami reasoned on Sanjiâs behalf, flashing a sympathetic look towards the chef before looking back at her green-haired crewmate.Â
âExactly,â the cook nearly ground out, an edge to his words as he continued, âyou have no idea what youâre talking about mosshead.âÂ
But Zoro was unconvinced. âOh yeah?â He turned his attention to Sanji and with a quirked brow asked, âWhenâs the last time you spoke to her?â When Sanji opened his mouth to reply, Zoro cut him off. âAnd I mean a real conversation. Something that lasted more than five seconds.âÂ
Sanji just stood there, closing his mouth as he felt the ice in his veins spread. He swallowed. âThursday.âÂ
The swordsman tipped his beer towards him. âAnd todayâs Sunday,â he said in a matter-of-fact way. âThatâs three whole days of her avoiding you.âÂ
âOk but, why would y/n be avoiding Sanji?â Usopp asked, looking around at his fellow straw hats, his face twisted in confusion. When nearly all of them shrugged, he looked over at Sanji. âDid something happen between you two?âÂ
The former line cook shrugged, letting out a small breath of frustration and helplessness as he looked down at the full plate in his hands again, a sardonic smile on his face. Since when did his private relationship with you turn into an open aired discussion? âI donât think thatâs any of your business-âÂ
âWait,â Zoro spoke up, cutting Sanji off. He looked at Usopp. âThey were weird before. Remember that poker game the other day and she blew him off?âÂ
Immediately, Usoppâs eyes widened in remembrance as he snapped his fingers. âOH yeah! Youâre right! Now that was weird.âÂ
âNow that Iâm thinking about it all,â Zoro said, lifting his beer up to his mouth to hide his ghost of a smile. âI think this all started happening after that night at the bar.âÂ
âYeahhhh,â Usopp drawled, nodding in agreement with Zoroâs assessment. âI think youâre onto something swordsman.â He rubbed the back of his neck, gaze looking off to the side like he was deep in thought. âI donât remember much from that night, because you know, Captain Usopp likes to party, but werenât they going to kiss or something?âÂ
Namiâs eyes widened as she shot daggers at the sharpshooter. âUsopp!â she hissed.Â
But that did nothing to deter or shut this whole conversation down. Instead, Usoppâs brazen comment just fueled the discussion even more like striking a match and dropping into a bunch of dry kindling.Â
Sanji felt his body stiffen. He suddenly felt like his soul was disassociating from his body as he watched and heard the crew continue to talk about the most intimate moment of his life in front of him like it was just another successful pirate raid or rescue attempt gone wrong.Â
âYeahhh,â Zoro agreed, nodding slightly as a sly smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth. âI remember that,â he added before taking another swing of his drink.Â
âWait- what? Sanji and y/n kissed?â Luffy asked, his brows knitted together as he looked between his first mate and sharpshooter quizzically. Â
âNo, they didnât,â Usopp replied. Suddenly, Usopp sat up, his eyes bright like he had just solved the worldâs greatest mystery. âUnless,â he started, waggling a finger at Sanji. âUnless... you guys did kiss, never talked about it, and now itâs like- super weird between you two!âÂ
âAh, that makes sense,â Zoro commented.Â
âGuys,â Nami warned loudly. âJust drop it. You both have no idea what youâre talking about.âÂ
But before anyone could say anything else, Sanji slammed dropped the main dish for the evening in the middle of the table unceremoniously, with a lot more force than necessary, immediately silencing the table. Â
âNo, please continue,â Sanji bitterly encouraged as he straightened up and put his hands in his pockets, eyes trained at the table. âI would love for everyone to just- keep discussing a private relationship that has absolutely nothing to do with them, and to keep putting their two cents in.â When the table kept quiet, Sanji looked up, glancing at each of the members sitting there with eyes full of venom, daring them to say something else, but their eyes looked down or away from him in silent shame. Sanji scoffed. âOh, what happened? Lost your nerve? Suddenly weâre all silent and have nothing to say?âÂ
Usopp shifted in his chair slightly as he tentatively looked over at the enraged chef, his voice somber. âSanji, we didnât-âÂ
But Sanji didnât want to hear it. âSave it,â he spat, effectively silencing Usopp. âEnoy your fucking meal.â He shoved his chair into the table, causing everyone to flinch except for Zoro, rattling everything before making his way towards the deck to have a smoke. âAnd clean up everything yourselves tonight,â he called out as he pulled out his cigarette tin and lighter. âIâm done.â

Christmas Gift
Summary: You and Zoro exchange your Christmas gifts for each other.
Note: I had to write Zoro of course, and this ended up being a little more self indulgent than I originally planned lol. But I hope you guys enjoy it. :)
Christmas with Zoro has always been your favorite time of year. Of course your birthdays are fun, but the holiday season makes things feel different when you two exchange gifts. He always acts like itâs a pain but the gifts Zoro has given you are always appreciated and more thoughtful than you expect, especially from someone who says itâs annoying to go shopping.
Your favorite thing each year is to see how flustered you can make your boyfriend. Even though youâve been together for several years, Zoro never expects anything much from you, yet you always outdo yourself and cause him to feel like his gifts arenât as good.
They always are to you, but Zoro still feels like you do better with the whole gift giving thing.
It's no different this year, when you two meet up once again, though itâs the last year youâll be doing this as a dating couple since youâll be getting married next year, as long as everything works out.
The earrings Zoro gives you this year match the three he wears, itâs the first time heâs giving you something like this (ignoring your engagement ring), but you love them all the same. He almost forced you to open your gift first, it was that important to him this year, for the two of you to match like that. You were so excited to see them that you hugged Zoro briefly before running off to the bathroom to put them in with a grin, making him roll his eyes with a smirk before he follows you.
âFigured youâd want a set since you got that third piercing.â
âOf course I did! Thatâs part of the whole reason I wanted them!â
Once youâve gotten the earrings on and checked them out, you turn around and hug Zoro again, which he returns.
âYouâre the best~ I love you~â
âYeah, yeah,â he might roll his eyes again, but thereâs a real smile there, âIts just some earrings, nothing that special.â
âBut theyâre special to me since we match now!â you pout while Zoro laughs, before you remember, âOh!! You need to open your gift, Zoro!â
He tries to stop you when you grab his hand and drag him back to the living room, but doesnât fight you on it. Zoro letâs you take him back and make him sit on the couch before you drop the gift bag in his lap.
âNow your turn!â
Zoro really does hate the whole gift giving thing, but the excited nervousness you have every time is cute. Youâre always hopeful yet anxious that heâll like the gift youâve picked out for him, this year is no exception. You keep watching while he pulls the tissue paper out and eventually the gift, giving you a slightly confused look before you start to explain.
âSo, you never wear a hat or gloves when itâs coldââ
âI donât need them.â
ââbut,â you let out a sigh but still smile, âI thought maybe a scarf wouldnât be a problem, so I made you one.â
Really heâs surprised you havenât made him anything like this until now, though he shouldâve expected it by now, especially with how badly cold itâs gotten.
Itâs a very simple scarf, heâs not sure about if itâs crochet or knitting since heâs not good at telling the difference, but you found what seems to be the perfect mossy green yarn and included black in it. Nothing fancy or intricate, you were probably worried the whole time you made if heâd even wear it anyway.
Youâre still nervous obviously, starting to bite your lip because you think Zoro doesnât like it, until he finally puts it on, causing you to grin once again when he looks at you.
âWell?â
âHmm,â thereâs no problem with the colors, you made sure of that, but you do adjust the scarf to where itâs wrapped around his neck once, âNow itâs perfect!â
Zoro throws an arm around your shoulders and pulls you against him, kissing your head and making you giggle at him.
âThank you, I do like it.â
âGood! âŠwill you wear it to my parentsâ house tomorrow??â
âSeriously?â
âPlease???â
You might have to promise him several things to get him to wear the scarf the next day, but Zoro does agree to it eventually. Giving gifts and having to deal with your parents talking to him all day is still a pain, heâs only willing to deal with that part of the holidays because itâs you.

âYou canât just throw the lights on top of the tree and hope for the best.â You sigh as you snatch the christmas lights from your boyfriendâs hands - demonstrating how to loop them around every branch to get the best coverage.Â
âI never thought Iâd be the one decorating to be fair - itâs usually Lukeâs job.â Jack huffs in return. You roll your eyes as you glance up at the clock in the living room - Luke had promised to be home by eight thirty to help decorate the house for the christmas season, it was almost nine oâclock and he still hadnât shown up.Â
âHave we called him? What if he was in an accident?â You say, Jack waving you off as he continues looping the lights around the tree just like you showed him.Â
âHeâs fine, he said he was grabbing a few gifts on the way home and he always gets stuck when he goes shopping.âÂ
âStill, itâs not like him to be this late,â you mutter, biting your lip as you glance at your phone. No messages. No missed calls. A strange unease twists in your stomach, but you shake it off. Luke had a habit of losing track of time when he got into the holiday spirit.
âIâm sure heâll walk through the door any minute now, arms full of bags and that goofy grin on his face,â Jack says, attempting to reassure you. But even as he speaks, you notice the slight furrow in his brow.
The two of you continue working in silence for a while, the soft hum of Christmas carols on the radio filling the room. The tree starts to come together beautifullyâtwinkling lights cascading perfectly over the branches, thanks to your precise instruction.
By the time the ornaments are unpacked and ready to go, itâs well past nine-thirty. The unease has grown into a dull throb in your chest. You canât help but glance out the window every few minutes, hoping to see Lukeâs car pull into the driveway.
âMaybe I should try calling him again,â you say, picking up your phone and scrolling to his name in your contacts. Jack pauses, an ornament in hand, and nods.
âCanât hurt,â he says quietly, his usual teasing tone subdued.
You press the call button and hold the phone to your ear. It rings once, twice, three times before going to voicemail. Frowning, you hang up and try again, only to get the same result.
âHeâs not answering,â you say, your voice tighter than you intended.
Jack sets down the ornament and walks over, placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder. âHey, itâs okay. He probably just lost track of time like I said. Letâs give it another half-hour, and if heâs still not back, weâll go looking for him.â
You nod reluctantly, though the unease refuses to budge. Together, you and Jack hang the first few ornaments on the tree, the joy of decorating dampened by Lukeâs absence.
âMaybe we can do something a little more⊠interesting while we wait.â Jack hints, raising his eyebrows in anticipation as you let out a scoff of laughter surprised but his suggestion.Â
âOh, so this is why you agreed to help decorate,â you tease, raising an eyebrow. Jack grins, leaning casually against the edge of the couch.
âCaught me,â he says with a shrug. âBut come on, itâs better than sitting here staring at the clock, isnât it? Weâre just killing time until Luke gets back. Why not make it a little more fun?â You hesitate, glancing at your phone on the table. Lukeâs absence still gnaws at the back of your mind, but Jackâs mischievous expression is infectious. Maybe heâs rightâwhatâs the harm in a little distraction?
âAll right,â you say, trying to sound nonchalant. âWhat did you have in mind?â Jackâs grin widens.Â
âI knew you couldnât resist. Letâs see... how about we start with a little wager? Whoever hangs the most ornaments in five minutes wins. Loser has to fulfil the other personâs wish.â You laugh despite yourself, already picturing Jack fumbling with ornaments in his rush.Â
âYouâre on,â you say, grabbing a handful of decorations and heading to the tree. Jack grabs his own pile and sets a timer on his phone.Â
âReady... set... go!âÂ
The two of you dive into the game, the tension from earlier fading into the background as you race to hang ornaments. Jackâs competitive streak kicks in immediatelyâheâs practically tossing ornaments onto the branches in his rush, while you focus on keeping yours evenly spaced and stylish.
âCareful,â you warn as Jack tries to hang a bauble too high and nearly knocks the star off the top of the tree. âIf you break one, youâre automatically disqualified.â
Jack mutters something under his breath but adjusts his approach, all while shooting you a playful glare. The timer buzzes just as youâre reaching for your last ornament.
âTimeâs up!â Jack announces triumphantly, stepping back to admire his handiworkâor rather, lack of it. Half his ornaments are clustered on one side of the tree, dangling precariously.
âNot bad,â you say, fighting back laughter. âIf the theme was âChristmas chaos.ââ
âHey, itâs about quantity, not quality,â he retorts, counting his ornaments. âTwenty four. Beat that.â You let out a long sigh as you count your ornaments knowing youâre no where close to Jackâs debatable success.Â
âNineteen.â You hiss, your lips forming into a pout - Jack lets out a whoop of joy, leaning forwards to press a soft kiss to your temple as he dances past you. âOkay, Cheater, whatâs your wish?â You canât fight the smile growing on your face as Jack slides up behind you, his arms wrapping around your waist as he pulls you against him.Â
âI want you to kiss me.â He whispers softly, âKiss me like youâve never kissed anyone before.â He continues, his smile growing as he presses a kiss to your neck when you shiver in his arms.Â
âYou want to make out with me? Thatâs your wish?â You say tilting your head to give him better access to your sensitive skin, âYou could ask me to do all your chores for the week, and instead you ask for a kiss?âÂ
Jack chuckles softly, his breath warm against your neck. "Chores arenât nearly as fun, and besides," he murmurs, his lips grazing your skin, "this feels like a much better way to spend the evening." Your heart stutters as his hands slide over your waist, pulling you closer. The twinkling lights from the tree cast a warm glow over the room, but all you can focus on is the way Jack looks at youâlike youâre the only thing that matters.
âYouâre impossible,â you murmur, tilting your head as his lips press to the hollow of your throat. Your breath hitches at the soft, deliberate pressure. His fingers trace small circles against your lower back, his touch grounding but electric all at once.
âAnd yet, youâre still here,â he whispers against your skin, his voice low and intimate. âNot stopping me.â
You try to muster some kind of retort, but the words melt away as Jack leans back slightly, catching your gaze. His eyes flicker to your lips, and in that moment, the rest of the world ceases to exist. Slowly, achingly slowly, he leans in, brushing his lips against yours in the lightest, teasing touch.
Itâs not enoughânot nearly enough.
You close the distance, capturing his mouth in a kiss thatâs anything but shy. Jack responds immediately, his hands tightening on your waist as he deepens the kiss, coaxing you into a rhythm thatâs both tender and demanding. His lips are warm and soft, his movements deliberate as if savouring every second.
One of his hands slides up your back, threading into your hair, while the other keeps you anchored firmly against him. The heat of his body against yours is intoxicating, and the taste of himâthe faint hint of cinnamon from the mulled cider earlierâsends your senses reeling.
Jack shifts, pressing you gently against the edge of the couch as his kisses trail from your mouth to the curve of your jaw, then down the line of your neck. He lingers there, his lips and tongue exploring the sensitive skin, drawing soft gasps from you with every touch.
âJack,â you manage to breathe, your fingers clutching the fabric of his shirt as if to steady yourself. He pulls back just enough to meet your eyes, his own dark and filled with something that makes your stomach flip.
âWhat?â he asks, his voice low and gravelly, a hint of a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth. âToo much?â
You shake your head, your cheeks flushed and your pulse racing. âNot even close,â you whisper, pulling him back into another kiss. This time itâs hungrier, more insistent, the kind of kiss that leaves no room for doubt about how badly you want him. His hands explore your sides, your back, leaving a trail of heat everywhere he touches. Time feels suspended as the two of you lose yourselves in each other, the earlier tension replaced by an overwhelming, magnetic pull.
When you finally part, your breathing is uneven, and your heart pounds in your chest. Jack presses his forehead to yours, a satisfied grin spreading across his face as he brushes a stray strand of hair from your cheek. âSatisfied?â You whisper into the space between you, Jacks head shaking as he pulls you with him as he falls back onto the couch.Â
âNot even close.â He groans, mimicking your words from earlier - his hands gripping your waist as you straddle his thighs. Jackâs lips find your again, his fingers digging into your sides as your hips slowly roll forwards, your arms looping around his neck.
Just as your lips part, Jackâs hands tightening on your waist, the sound of the front door creaking open shatters the moment. You both freeze, heads snapping toward the noise. Lukeâs voice echoes through the hallway, laced with a familiar blend of frustration and something that almost sounds... hopeful.
âWhyâs it so dark in here? Did you two forget how light switches work, orâoh.â
Luke stops in his tracks as he steps into the living room, his arms full of shopping bags. His eyes lock onto you, perched on Jackâs lap, your faces flushed and breaths uneven. The warm glow of the Christmas lights does little to mask the intimacy of the moment.
For a heartbeat, no one moves. Lukeâs gaze flicks between you and Jack, the tension in his posture unmistakable. The bags in his hands crinkle as he tightens his grip, his jaw clenching.
âLuke!â you exclaim, scrambling off Jackâs lap, your cheeks burning. âWe didnât hear you come in.â
âClearly,â Luke says, his tone sharp, though thereâs a slight waver in his voice. âDidnât mean to interrupt.â
Jack sighs, standing and rubbing the back of his neck. âYouâre not interrupting, Luke. Relax.â
Lukeâs eyes narrow, his gaze settling on you for a beat longer than comfortable. âSure doesnât look that way.â
âCome on, donât start,â Jack says, his voice firm but not unkind. He steps closer to his younger brother, resting a hand on his shoulder. âYouâre late, and weâve been trying to finish the tree without you.â
âI can see that,â Luke mutters, shrugging off Jackâs hand. His eyes flick to you again, softer this time, a mixture of longing and hurt flashing across his face before he looks away.
You shift uncomfortably, the weight of the situation settling in. Luke had always been sweet to youâoffering to help with chores, finding excuses to spend time around you, and sometimes even going out of his way to get your favourite snacks. At first, you thought it was just him being polite, but over time, it became hard to ignore the lingering looks and the way his face would light up when you smiled at him.
Jack, of course, seemed blissfully unaware of his younger brotherâs crush, even teasing him about being âthe babyâ of the family.Â
â or so you thought.Â
Now, though, standing in the awkward silence, you couldnât shake the feeling that Lukeâs crush had become more complicated.
âLuke,â you start gently, taking a step toward him. âWe were just messing around, trying to make decorating a little more fun. We didnât mean toââ
âDidnât mean to what?â he snaps, his voice sharper than youâve ever heard it. His eyes meet yours, and for a moment, the usual warmth in them is replaced with something raw. âDidnât mean for me to walk in on you two... like that?â
âHey,â Jack interjects, stepping between you and Luke, his tone defensive. âWatch it. Donât take your anger out on her.â
Lukeâs mouth snaps shut, but his glare shifts to Jack. âOf course, youâd defend her,â he mutters bitterly, his voice barely audible.
âBecause sheâs my girlfriend,â Jack says firmly, his hand resting protectively on your back. âAnd youâre my brother. Whatâs going on with you, Luke? Youâve been weird for weeks.â Luke lets out a long sigh, dropping his shopping bags to the floor before crossing his arms tightly over his chest.Â
âJack, itâs fine.â You say softly, reaching out for your boyfriends hand, âHe didnât mean anyââÂ
âYes he did.â Jack interrupts, âHeâs been weird since I asked him to help me with your christmas present.â Jack says scowling at his younger brother. The two Hughes lock in a tense conversation with their eyes - your gaze flicking between the two in confusion.Â
âWhat? What are you talking about?â You question, your gaze settling on your boyfriend.Â
âShe didnât even know about it?â Luke sneers at his brother - his eyebrows lifted in genuine surprise as he removes himself from the staring contest with Jack - his gaze sliding over your confused face.Â
Jack shifts uncomfortably, running a hand through his hair, his usual confidence faltering. âIt wasnât supposed to be a big deal,â he mutters, avoiding your gaze. âIt was just an idea I had for your gift. But Luke... didnât exactly take it well.â
âJack,â you say slowly, stepping closer. âWhat idea? Whatâs going on?â
Luke crosses his arms tightly over his chest, glaring at his older brother. âGo ahead,â he says, his voice laced with sarcasm. âTell her. Let her hear this brilliant plan of yours.â
Jack exhales heavily, clearly frustrated. âI thought it would be... meaningful. Special. Something different from the usual gifts,â he begins hesitantly, his eyes flicking toward you before quickly looking away again. âI asked Luke to... spend a night with you. If you wanted to.â
The words hang in the air, and for a moment, all you can hear is the faint hum of the Christmas lights. You blink, processing what heâs just said. âSpend a night with me?â you repeat, your voice soft but steady.
Jack nods, his cheeks flushing as he finally meets your gaze. âI know it sounds... unconventional. But I wanted to give you something that showed how much I trust you, how much I trust us. Youâve always been close with Luke, and I thought... maybe it could be something we all share. If youâre okay with it.â
Your stomach fluttersânot with discomfort, but with intrigue. You glance at Luke, whoâs staring at Jack like he canât believe what heâs hearing, and then back at Jack, whose expression is a mix of vulnerability and nervousness.
âJack,â you say carefully, a small smile tugging at your lips. âAre you serious?â He nods, his voice firm despite the tension in the room.Â
âOnly if itâs something youâd want. Iâd never push you into anything, and if youâre not into the idea, thatâs totally fine. But I thought... maybe.â
Luke lets out a sharp, disbelieving laugh, running a hand through his hair. âThis is insane,â he mutters, shaking his head. âYou canât be serious.â
âI think he is,â you murmur, your gaze still on Jack. His sincerity is unmistakable, and the thought of his trustâand Lukeâs involvementâsends a curious warmth coursing through you.
You take a slow step toward Luke, your pulse quickening as his eyes snap to yours. âWhat about you?â you ask softly. âHow do you feel about it?â
Lukeâs mouth opens, then closes again as he searches for words. âI... donât know,â he admits, his voice quieter now. âThis isnât exactly something I ever thought about. And honestly, Iâm not sure I believe Jackâs really okay with it.â
âI wouldnât have suggested it if I wasnât,â Jack interjects firmly, his gaze flicking to his brother. âLook, I know this is weird, but I trust both of you. I love her, and youâre my brother. I thought... maybe this could be something meaningful for all of us.â
Your heart races as you glance between the two brothers, their contrasting expressionsâJackâs cautious hope, Lukeâs guarded confusionâonly adding to the charged atmosphere. You step closer to Jack, resting a hand on his arm.
âYouâre sure about this?â you ask softly, searching his eyes.
He nods, his hand covering yours. âOnly if you are. This is about what you want.â
You turn back to Luke, whoâs watching you with a mixture of uncertainty and something deeperâsomething almost longing. âAnd you?â you ask again, your voice steady despite the nervous energy bubbling inside you. âWould you be okay with it?â
Luke hesitates, his gaze dropping to the floor before slowly returning to yours. âI donât want to make things weird between us,â he admits. âBut if this is really what you both want...â His voice trails off, leaving the unspoken possibilities hanging in the air. You take a deep breath, your decision crystallising as you glance between them.Â
âI think...â you begin, a small smile playing at your lips. âIâd like to try.â
Jack exhales, relief washing over his features, while Lukeâs expression shifts to one of stunned disbelief.
âSeriously?â Luke asks, his voice cracking slightly.
You nod, stepping closer to him. âOnly if youâre okay with it,â you assure him. âBut yeah. I think Iâd like to see where this goes.â
Luke glances at Jack, as if seeking confirmation, and Jack nods firmly. âSheâs serious,â Jack says. âAnd so am I.â The tension in the room shifts, giving way to something warmer, more electric. As the three of you stand there, the possibilities of what comes next hanging in the air, you canât help but feel a mixture of excitement and anticipation
Luke exhales slowly, his expression shifting from disbelief to cautious consideration. His eyes flick between you and Jack, the charged silence thickening. Jack steps closer, placing a steadying hand on your back, his touch grounding as he glances at his brother.
âLuke,â Jack says softly, his tone more relaxed now. âThis isnât about pushing boundaries or making things weird. Itâs about trust. And... about her.â His gaze moves to you, warm and protective. âIf sheâs open to it, I am too. And I think, deep down, youâve been curious too.â
Luke swallows hard, clearly at war with himself. Finally, he nods, his shoulders relaxing slightly. âAlright,â he says, his voice low but steady. âBut only if this is what you want.â His eyes lock on yours, his sincerity striking.
You smile softly, stepping forward to close the gap between you and Luke. âI wouldnât say it if I didnât mean it,â you assure him. Then, turning your head slightly, you glance back at Jack. The weight of the moment settles over the three of you, the air crackling with an intensity that feels both thrilling and vulnerable. Slowly, you step closer to Luke, the uncertainty in his expression giving way to something warmer. You reach out, your hand brushing against his cheek, and he freezes for a moment before leaning into your touch.
Luke nods slightly, convincing himself that this is really happening, his eyes flicking to Jackâs before returning to yours. He leans forward, hesitating just a fraction before his lips meet yours. The kiss is tentative at first, soft and searching, but it deepens as you respond, your fingers threading through his hair, tugging on the ends of his curls as he pulls your closer to him - his hands knotted in your shirt.
Behind you, Jackâs hands slide down your arms, his touch both reassuring and suggestive. When Luke pulls back, his breathing uneven, Jack presses a kiss to the side of your neck, his lips warm against your skin.
âYou okay?â Jack murmurs, his voice close to your ear.
You nod, your breath hitching as you look between them. âBetter than okay,â you whisper.
Lukeâs expression softens, his hand brushing a strand of hair from your face. âThis still feels... surreal,â he admits, his voice tinged with a mix of wonder and hesitation.
Jack chuckles softly, his tone light but teasing. âYouâll get used to it,â he says, his arm sliding around your waist as he pulls you closer to him. Lukeâs lips twitch into a tentative smile, âYeah,â he says quietly.Â
As the three of you stand there, the Christmas lights casting a warm glow over the room, the boundaries between you blur, giving way to something deeper, more intimate. Your gaze snaps away from Lukeâs as you both turn to look at Jack who steps away from the two of you.Â
âAlright, well Iâll leave you to it.â Jack jokes lightly, clasping his hands together, âDonât do anything I wouldnât do.â He warns his younger brother, whose mouth falls open as his brothers attempted retreat.Â
Lukeâs hand shoots out, grabbing Jack by the arm before he can leave. âOh, no, you donât,â Luke says, his voice low but firm. His grip tightens just enough to make Jack pause. âYouâre not going anywhere.â
Jack raises an eyebrow, half amused, half surprised. âWhat? Thought youâd wanted me out of the way.â
Luke smirks, an edge of confidence creeping into his expression. âNot anymore. You started this, Jack. You donât get to walk away now.â His words are calm but carry a deliberate challenge that makes Jack hesitate.
You glance between them, your pulse quickening as the tension shifts again, this time carrying a playful undercurrent. âLukeâs got a point,â you chime in, your voice soft but teasing. âYou canât just drop this bomb and then vanish.â
Jack tilts his head, a grin spreading across his face. âOh, I canât?â he teases, his tone light but his eyes glinting with something sharper.
Luke steps closer, his grin widening as he stands toe-to-toe with his older brother. âNot unless youâre scared,â he taunts, his voice dripping with mock bravado.
Jack scoffs, rolling his eyes but clearly enjoying the game. âScared? Of you?â He gestures vaguely in your direction, his grin turning wicked. âI just figured Iâd give you two some space. But if you need me to show you how itâs done...â He trails off, shrugging dramatically. Jack exhales slowly, his gaze locking with yours for a long moment before shifting to Luke.
Luke watches the exchange carefully, his arms still crossed but his posture relaxing. âYou sure youâre up for this, Jack?â he asks, his tone teasing but his eyes serious.
Jack smirks, his confidence returning in full force. âPlease,â he says, stepping closer to you and sliding an arm around your waist. âI think the real question isâare you?â
Luke lets out a soft laugh, shaking his head in disbelief. âCocky as ever,â he mutters, but thereâs a warmth in his tone now, a subtle shift in the dynamic between the three of you.
As the Christmas lights twinkle in the background, the room seems to hum with an energy thatâs both thrilling and tender. Whatever comes next, you know itâs something none of you will forget.
Luke watches Jack closely, his smirk fading into something softer. âAlright,â he says finally, his voice quieter now, as if heâs surrendering to the moment. âLetâs see if you can back up all that talk.â
Jack chuckles, but itâs less sharp now, his usual cocky confidence tempered by the weight of whatâs unfolding. His gaze shifts to you, and he presses a lingering kiss to your temple, his hand sliding down to rest on your hip. âYou okay with this?â he murmurs, his voice low and reassuring.
You nod, your heart racing but not from nervesâfrom excitement. âYeah,â you say softly. âYou two can stop asking me that now.â
Luke steps closer, his hesitance melting away as he mirrors Jackâs careful movements. He brushes a hand along your arm, his touch light and tentative, as though heâs testing the waters. When you glance up at him, he meets your gaze with an intensity that sends a shiver down your spine. âItâs about continuous consent, this stops the second you say so.â he asks, his voice barely above a whisper.
âIâm sure,â you reply, and you reach out to take his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze.
Jack doesnât let the moment linger too long. âSee, Luke?â he says lightly, his tone edging back into playfulness. âTold you sheâd be into it.â
Luke rolls his eyes, but thereâs no malice behind it. âYouâre insufferable, you know that?â
âPart of my charm,â Jack shoots back with a grin, his other hand sliding along your waist as he pulls you closer.
The charged air between the three of you grows heavier, the lines blurring even more as you feel Lukeâs hand brush against your back. Heâs still cautious, like heâs waiting for a signal that itâs okay to let go, to fully step into this strange, uncharted space the three of you have found yourselves in. Jack notices the hesitation and chuckles softly.
âRelax, Luke. Youâre not going to break her.â His voice is warm, teasing but kind, and it seems to put Luke at ease. With that, Luke leans in, his lips finding yours again. This time, the kiss is more confident, his movements less uncertain as his hands settle on your waist. Jackâs presence is grounding, his steady touch a constant reminder of the trust you all share.
Jack grins, clearly satisfied, while Lukeâs expression softens, his usual sharp edges replaced with something vulnerable and new. The room feels smaller now, the three of you wrapped in a moment thatâs equal parts thrilling and overwhelming. Lukeâs voice breaks the silence, his tone lighter now but still tinged with disbelief.Â
âThis is... not how I thought tonight would go.â
Jack laughs, his hand resting on Lukeâs shoulder. âWelcome to life with her,â he says, his gaze full of affection as he looks at you. âNever boring.â Jacks pulls your hair away from your shoulders, taking a step back and making his way over to the couch, perching on one of the cushions as he speaks, âBaby, you should tell him all about that thing you wanted to try.âÂ
Lukeâs eyes leave his brother as he tilts his head down to look at you, his hands leaving your waist to gently cup the underside of your jaw, his thumbs gently stroking your cheeks as he takes you in. He raises a questioning brow as you hesitate, the ghost of a smile on his lips.Â
âI like your thighs.â You blurt out - Jack letting out a bark of laughter as your words linger.Â
âAnd what do you want me to do with this information?â Luke questions back.Â
âI want to ride them.â Â
Luke blinks at your bluntness, his grip on your jaw faltering for a split second before his lips quirk into an amused smirk. His eyes glint with both surprise and intrigue as he leans slightly closer. âIs that right?â he murmurs, his voice dropping an octave.
Jackâs laugh subsides into a low chuckle, and he shakes his head, clearly entertained. âWell, she doesnât beat around the bush,â he says, reclining further into the couch with an easy confidence. âGuess youâve got your work cut out for you, little brother.â
Lukeâs gaze flickers briefly to Jack, a hint of competitiveness in his expression, before returning to you. âI think I can handle it,â he says, his voice steady but laced with playful challenge. His hands slide from your face to your hips, steadying you as he takes a slow step back toward the couch. The weight of Lukeâs hands on your hips is grounding, and the anticipation coursing through you feels electric.
Luke sits down, his broad frame sinking into the cushions as he watches you with a mix of curiosity and confidence. His legs part slightly, and he pats one of his thighs, the smirk never leaving his face. âAlright, then. Show me what youâve got.â
Jack whistles low, clearly enjoying the shift in dynamic. âThis should be good,â he says, but thereâs no malice in his toneâjust a genuine appreciation for the moment unfolding.
You step closer to Luke, your pulse quickening as his hands find your waist again. He steadies you as you move to straddle one of his thighs, the firmness of his muscle beneath you sending a thrill through your body. Lukeâs hands remain on your hips, guiding you gently but firmly as you settle in.
âComfortable?â he asks, his voice softer now, the teasing edge giving way to something more genuine.
âVery,â you reply, your breath hitching as you shift slightly against him. The friction is tantalising, and you bite your lip, meeting his gaze. His pupils are blown wide, his expression a mix of concentration and curiosity as he watches you move.
Jackâs voice cuts through the tension, smooth and teasing. âDonât go easy on him, baby.â He leans forward, his elbows resting on his knees as he observes, his presence adding another layer of heat to the moment.
Luke exhales a shaky breath, his hands tightening on your hips as you grind against him, the flimsy material of your pyjama shorts bunching up around your hips as you move. âYouâre... full of surprises,â he mutters, his voice tinged with a mixture of awe and amusement.
You lean forward, your hands resting on his shoulders as you press your lips to his ear. âAnd the nights just getting started,â you whisper, your voice low and teasing.
Lukeâs breath catches, and his grip on you steadies. Luke exhales deeply, his hands firming on your hips as if to anchor himself in the moment. His thigh shifts slightly beneath you, and the subtle motion sends a jolt of pleasure through your body. His gaze locks with yours, his expression softening into something more intimate, more vulnerable.
âJust getting started, huh?â he murmurs, his voice a mixture of teasing and wonder. His hands slide from your hips to your waist, his thumbs brushing against the fabric of your shirt. âGuess I better keep up.â
From the couch, Jackâs low chuckle breaks the silence. âYouâre doing fine so far, Luke. But I wouldnât get too comfortable. Sheâs got high standards.â His tone is light, but the warmth in his voice is unmistakable.
You glance over your shoulder at Jack, his relaxed posture contrasting with the heat in his eyes as he watches you and Luke. The weight of his gaze sends another thrill through you, and you turn back to Luke, emboldened. Your hands slide up to cup his face, your thumbs brushing over his cheekbones as you lean in closer.
âI donât think heâll disappoint,â you murmur, your lips hovering just over his. Lukeâs breath hitches again - a part of him still in disbelief that his brothers girlfriend is currently on top of him -Â his grip on your waist tightening as he closes the gap between you, his lips capturing yours in a kiss thatâs more confident now, more consuming.
You let out a soft moan against his lips as you feel Lukeâs thigh tense below you, his muscles hard and rigid beneath you as he pushes you further down onto his leg - a part of you glad for your choice to go commando in your pyjamas tonight - your clit rubbing deliciously against the rough fabric of his sweatpants.Â
âFuck, Luke.â You hiss as his lips leave yours, pressing soft kisses against your neck as you throw your head back, his hands smoothing up from your hands until they slip under your hoodie, your bearskin breaking out in goosebumps as he stops just under the curve of your breasts. He finds the junction of your jaw sucking sharply as your hips start to falter on his hips.Â
âSheâs close.â Jack notes, sounding nothing more then a curious spectator as he watches - You can feel Luke smile against your neck as he lifts his thumbs, to graze over your nipples - the ever so soft stimulation pushing you over the edge, as your teeth sink into your lip - your eyes slamming shut as you let out a whispered whine as your orgasm rushes over you.Â
Your body trembles against Lukeâs, the aftermath of your release leaving you breathless and lightheaded. Lukeâs hands steady you, his touch firm but comforting as he pulls back just enough to meet your gaze. Thereâs a softness in his expression now, a quiet awe that contrasts with the intensity of moments before.
âYou okay?â he asks softly, his voice low and tinged with concern.
You nod, a small, satisfied smile playing on your lips. âMore than okay,â you murmur, your voice still a little unsteady.
Jack leans back against the couch, his arms stretched along the backrest, his grin equal parts smug and affectionate. âTold you sheâd enjoy herself,â he says, his tone teasing but warm. âDidnât expect you to handle it so well, though, Luke.â
Luke snorts, shaking his head as he glances over at his brother. âYou really know how to ruin a moment, donât you?â
Jack shrugs, his grin widening. âJust keeping you on your toes.â
You let out a soft laugh, the playful banter between the brothers grounding you in the moment. As your breathing steadies, you shift slightly, slipping off Lukeâs thigh to sit beside him. His arm instinctively wraps around your waist, pulling you close as Jack watches with a mixture of amusement and intrigue.
âWell,â Jack says after a moment, his voice light but his gaze lingering on you. âThat was fun.â
Your heart skips a beat at the suggestion, the weight of his words hanging in the air. You glance between the two brothers, their contrasting demeanoursâLukeâs cautious curiosity and Jackâs confident mischiefâonly adding to the heady anticipation building between you.
âWhy are you saying that like Iâm even remotely finished.â Luke asks his brother, his voice soft but steady.
Jackâs grin turns wicked, his eyes glinting with playful intent. âOh,â he says, pushing off the couch and stepping closer. He crouches in front of you, his hand brushing against your knee as his gaze locks with yours. âWell do continue.â You bite your lip, the thrill of the unknown sending a shiver through you. Lukeâs hand tightens slightly on your waist, his expression serious but supportive. Jackâs grin softens into something more genuine, and he leans forward to press a lingering kiss to your forehead, leaning back against the arm of the couch - his gaze wandering over you.Â
Luke rolls his eyes, a reluctant smile tugging at his lips. âGo sit in front of Jack, get comfortable,â he mutters, his hand sliding down to rest on your thigh. The atmosphere between the three of you shifts once again, the room humming with an unspoken energy as the possibilities of the night stretch out before you.
You shuffle away from Luke, smiling as you slip yourself between Jackâs thighs, his arms wrapping around your torso to you back against him - his lips pressing a kiss into your hair. Luke takes a big breath before he turns towards the two of you - pulling himself onto his knees as his hands reach for the waistband on your shorts. âDo you mind?â He questions, waiting for the shake of your head before he slowly starts slipping them down your legs - your hips raising to help slip the shorts off.Â
âNo underwear?â Jack whispers from behind you, âNaughty, I like it.â He grins. The two of you watch Luke move, the younger boy shuffling further back on the couch - his hand wrapping around your thighs as he pulls you down the couch with him, his body lying flat on the cushions until you line up with his mouth.Â
Your lean your head back against Jacks abdomen looking up at him in surprise as he shoots your a soft grin. âWatch him, not me.â He whispers, pushing your hair away from your face, âtonight is for you, baby.â Your eyes lower back to Luke, his hands lifting your thighs till they sit comfortably over his shoulders, his hot breath teasing against you.Â
âYouâre so wet.â He mumbles, your pussy glistening in front of him, as he leans forwards to swipe his tongue against you. Luke lets out a low groan as the taste of your hits his tongue, his fingers digging into your thighs as his mouth latches onto you - his tongue flicking against your clit as your breath catches in your throat.Â
âOh, shit.â You curse, one hand gripping the forearm Jack has around your torso, your other hand sliding into Lukeâs curls as he sucks on you - the almost silent room filling with the lewd sounds of Lukeâs mouth working. Lukeâs teeth graze against you as your hips buck, his fingers sliding against your slit as he gathers your moisture before teasing his fingers at the entrance of your cunt.Â
âIf I died right now, Iâd die a happy man.â Luke jokes, as his fingers slip inside of you - your head tilting further back against your boyfriend as you let out a shaky exhale. Jack just chuckles at his brother, his hands lifting your shirt until your breasts fall free, Luke eyes darting up to his brother before dropping back down to your tight nipples.Â
âFinish the job, Lukey.â Jack says, an invitation, as Luke doesnât waste his chance to lean forwards, sucking your right nipple into his mouth - his fingers working inside of you at a steady pace, your hips bucking as he brushes the spot inside of you that you can never seem to reach on your own.Â
Lukes mouth leaves your nipple, the cold air hitting your wet flesh as he moves to suck the other nipple - your back arching at the overstimulation. âCome for us, baby.â Jack whispers into your ear, Luke adding a third finger as his thumb joins to rub soft circles against your clit - your thighs fighting against Lukeâs body still slipped between them, wanting desperately to slam shut.Â
You know both of the brothers as smiling as you come down from your orgasm, your chest heaving as Luke leans forwards to capture your lips one more time - his kiss gentle but all consuming as he seems to eat every whine that leaves you as his fingers slow their movements.Â
âMerry Christmas.â Jack says as Luke pulls his fingers from you, your cunt clenching around the emptiness as he dips them into his mouth.Â
âMerry Christmas.â Luke responds, a shit eating grin on his face.Â

The morning light seeped through the curtains, casting a warm glow across the room. The quiet hum of the world waking up outside was a stark contrast to the tangled intimacy of the night before. You stretched lazily, the ache in your thighs and the lingering warmth in your chest a reminder of the boundaries youâd crossedâor perhaps, dismantled entirely.
Jack was still sprawled on your mattress, his arm draped over his face, a faint smile tugging at the corner of his lips even in rest. You leaned over pressing a soft kiss against your boyfriendâs cheek before slipping out of bed quietly, tugging one of Jackâs oversized shirts over your head and padding softly into the kitchen. The mundane act of making coffee was grounding, the hiss of the machine and the rich aroma filling the room like a balm. You were pouring a second cup when you heard the soft creak of the floorboards behind you.
âMorning.â Lukeâs voice was husky with sleep, his hair a disheveled mess as he leaned against the counter. His eyes met yours, a flicker of uncertainty there, but also something warmer, deeper.
âMorning,â you replied, handing him a cup. The silence stretched for a moment, comfortable but charged, until Luke broke it.
âLast nightâŠâ He trailed off, his fingers tightening around the mug. âI mean, are we⊠okay? Are you okay?â
You smiled softly, stepping closer to him. âIâm okay. Are you?â
He nodded, his expression lightening. âYeah, just⊠trying to wrap my head around everything. Itâs not every day your brother ropes you into something like this.â
Jack chose that moment to saunter into the kitchen, shirtless and unapologetic. âSomething like what?â he teased, his grin wide and shameless as he grabbed the mug youâd prepared for him. âDonât tell me youâre already overthinking it, Luke.â
Luke shot him a glare, but there was no real venom behind it. âIâm not overthinking it. Just⊠processing.â
Jackâs gaze softened slightly, though his smirk remained. âGood. Processing is fine. But letâs not turn this into something weird, alright? Last night happened because we all wanted it to. Nobody was coerced, nobodyâs regretting anything.â He glanced at you, his tone turning more serious. âRight?â
You shook your head. âNo regrets.â
Luke exhaled a quiet laugh, the tension in his shoulders easing. âOkay, no regrets.â He agrees, his gaze trained on you as you turn to greet his older brother, Jack pulling you in for a long kiss, your bodies swaying together as you let out a light laugh - Luke just watches, his arms tingling with the phantom wish of being able to hold you the way his brother does.Â
âSo whatâs the plan for today?â Jack breaks the silence, turning you in his arms to face his younger brother, âRound two?â He teases with a laugh, both you and Luke letting out a groan at the same time.Â

Jackson was covered in thick layer of snow. Everyone was wearing puffer jackets, mittens and beanies hoping that the cold air wouldn't affect them. You walked down the street seeing how people were hanging Christmas lights, and how the children stared at everything in awe. The children made snowmen, and you knew that soon the town would be buzzing with people as they started to buy gifts for their families.
As beautiful as the holidays were, you hated it. Every year you'd end up alone in your house, listening to carols being sang. You're be filled with a emptiness that you can't explain.
You missed your family every year. You'd always imagine the type of life you'd be living if the outbreak never happened.
You sat in the local garden, shivering slightly when the cool breeze blew past you.
"There you are, i was looking for you"
you turned your head to that voice.
Her voice.
Ellie Williams.
You rolled your eyes "you need to stop looking for me"
"i missed you though" she pouted
You hated when she did this.
When she'd come after you with nice words, pretending like she cared.
Maybe she did and you didn't believe her. At this point you don't know how to feel.
When Ellie first arrived in Jackson the two of you were inseparable.
"We were bound to be friends" she'd always say.
Sleepovers, makeovers, baking, watching old movies, you did everything together.
But the older the two of you grew, things became different.
You both got new friends, new interests. You used to spend every waking second of the day together, now the two of you only awkwardly said hi when you saw each other in public.
You both had reasons for the sudden distance.
You thought Ellie had outgrown your friendship. One day she'd be smiling with you, the next day she'd barley look at you.
Ellie on the other hand, was in love with you.
She suddenly became self-aware of how she looked, how she smelled, how she spoke. She didn't want to embarrass herself. The best solution to her problem (or what she thought was right) was avoiding you.
Now that she's older she has realized that damage her avoiding you caused.
Years had gone by and the two of you lived separate lives, but Ellie's feelings for you never went away. She was stuck on you.
No matter how many girls she dated, kissed or hooked up with, she knew her heart belonged to you.
The older Ellie grew, the more attractive you found her and some days you're actually glad the friendship ended.
Imagine you were best friends with the girl you loved?
Both of you assumed your feelings were one sided. Until the rumors started.
It all started when a girl randomly slapped you across the face saying that Ellie moaned your name while they were doing the deed.
She's been avoiding you but she's moaning your name?
You weren't sure if you should feel flattened or disturbed.
You'd hear more stories as the years went on.
"She liked you" , "She misses you" You weren't sure if this was even true. Maybe it was all just a sick joke.
Even with all the drama you missed her. The friendship. The cheesy jokes, the stupid stories. You just missed her.
You were actually happy when Ellie slowly started coming back into your life. It went from just saying hi occasionally, to small life updates to full sleepovers.
It was just like old times.
Your heart ached for her even more, now you're getting close again. As much as you enjoyed the friendship, you couldn't help but want more.
You noticed her lingering touches, the small glances.
Maybe you were being delusional? Maybe you were reading into it?
You could feel a connection, but does she feel it too?
Maybe the rumors weren't true.
"You saw me earlier els, you cant miss me"
"I just love spending time with you"
fuck, how many girls has she said this to?
"i want to-" she went silent, not finishing her sentence.
She seemed nervous.
From the corner of your eye you see her moving closer to you, her arm wrapping around your shoulders.
You shiver at the close contact.
"Why are you so close?" You ask in a whisper
"I'm keeping you warm"
It was winter and its really fucking cold but suddenly you were hot. You were almost sweating because of the close proximity.
This is closest she's been in years.
Ellie leaned closer towards you, so close you could feel her breathe on your cheek. Your heart races, you felt comfortable in her presence, you palms felt clammy.
You were nervous.
Why does she make you nervous?
"Can i kiss you?" Ellie suddenly asked.
Without hesitation you said yes.
Before your lips crashed into hers, your body turned hot, your breathing came out in short breaths. You turned to her and and her hand gently touched your cheek, you leaned in first.
Since when are you bold? Were you really this desperate?
As soon as your lips made contact, you felt butterflies explode in your stomach. She pulled you closer by the waist and you grabbed her face bringing her closer than she already was.
Your heart was beating so fucking fast, you assumed she could probably feel it.
"Your lips are...cold" you softly chuckle as your fingers brushed against your lips.
Did this just happen?
You were suddenly hyperaware of your surroundings.
Did you breath smell ok? Did you kiss ok?
Fuck now you were really nervous.
Ellie didn't respond and there was a comfortable silence between the two of you.
Ellie spoke up eventually "I've always wanted to do that"
You stayed silent blushing at her words.
"Do you want to come back to... my place so we can talk about us.... and i know you hate being alone during the holidays so can we perhaps... i don't know... go?"
"Yeah... I'd like that"

Masterlist Part 1
Chan:
Your phone had been ringing off the charts since you had left your shared apartment with Chan. You stared at the waves of the ocean as the sea breeze kissed your tear stained cheeks. Your fear had dwindled in the hours you had been sitting here on this empty beach. You bite your lip, maybe you did misunderstand. You knew Chan almost better than you knew yourself; which is why you know heâd never cheat on you. You know that she probably did fall or even if she purposely fell Chan was probably innocently helping her up because thatâs the type of person he is. Well, you thought he wasâŠthat is until that lamp whipped past your head and was sent crashing against the wall. Guilt filled you as you remembered the way Chan pleaded with you not to go. He knew you had nowhere to stay, you werenât from South Korea though you had lived here for almost 5 years it wasnât easy for you to make friends as a foreigner wether you fit in or not. You didnât fit with most of the things that happened around you in this country and without your relationship with Chan though, living here was apart of your dreams growing up, you would have never made the leap into moving here without him and his support. Tears filled your eyes once again as you remembered the only people you have to talk to would probably immediately send Chan over to your location. You hate yourself for wishing he was actually here, you hate how much you feel like you need his insight in what you should do but you did know heâd probably think of an answer logically without including his own emotions into whatever advice heâd give you. You sigh heavily as you lift yourself from the sand and make your way back to your car. Your phone in hand as the special ringtone you had set for Chan blared through the speaker. You almost chuckle to yourself at the irony; he finally called you right after you thought about how much you needed his help. You were relieved to see the comforting texts from his members after they had called but for those few hours you had been gone Chan hadnât once called you. Pressing the green button you lift the phone to your ear hesitantly as you sit yourself in the drivers seat. .
You almost let out a sob as you heard his tear laced voice ring through your phone âY-Y/N?â He questioned as he sniffled. You hear him struggling to catch his breath between his sobs âY/N if youâre there you donât have to say anything but please just listen..â he pleads, you could tell he was trying to calm his breathing âI-Iâm so sorry, I know what you saw with that trainee looked really really badâŠb-but I swear I donât even know that girl. She isâwas just a backup dancer for the Case 143 concept but since she made you and me uncomfortable we all agreed she can work with Itzy or Twice.â Your heart clenches at his caring nature which is why the girl still had a job in the first place. âBut Her actions and my behavior wasnât okay and Iâm so sorry. I shouldnât have done that and I donât want to make any excuses like I was angry because that doesnât make it okay. I should have never gotten that violent, I should have just let you cool off and came to talk to you when we both had calmed down and. For that Iâm so sorry and if you donât want to be with me anymore Iâd completely understand honestly I think you shouldnât be with me anymore because what I did isnât okay and I know that and i deserve for you to leaveâITS NOT LIKE YOU HIT ME OR ANYTHING!â You exclaim almost fuming at the way he was describing himself âit doesnât matter. What I did was wrong and I donât want you to justify it either. I was wrong to do that it makes me sick to my stomach knowing I could have really hurt you. Thank god I didnât but what if I did? I wasnât paying attention Y/N you could have gotten seriously hurt what would have happened if it hit youâbut it didnâtâ you cut him off once again, as tears rolled down your cheeks âChan are you breaking up with me?â You hear a whimper release from his lips âWhy would you want to be with a guy that almost hurt you physically?â He questions âyou even said you wanted to get your stuff and leave me because of all thisâ he cries âwhy wouldnât I want to protect you even if itâs from myself? I love you more than anything in this world and thatâs why I donât want you to forgive me because the idea of you getting hurt by my own hand makes me disgusted I canât even look at you without feeling like shit knowing I really fucked this upâ your heart cracks at the pain and guilt laced in his tone âyou want to know why I do want to forgive you?â You ponder âYou do?â He asks bewildered you give yourself a small sad smile before answering âyes, because if you were really the type to hurt me physically you wouldnât feel like breaking up would be the best option, you think about things rationally and always put how I feel or could possibly feel first. You genuinely show that you care about me and it makes me know youâre a genuinely good person and thatâs why I love you thatâs why I want to be with you. Things wereâŠintense to say the least but I do want to work things out soon maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but I do want to work things out with you and move on from this with you as your girlfriendâ the line goes silent for a second âokay..b-but can I ask you something?â He asks hesitantly âyeah anything..â you reply instantly. âC-can we move on from this with you as my fiancĂ©? I really didnât want to propose like this but I really really want to marry you and I canât imagine us breaking up without me at least asking you s-so that y-you do know my intentionsâ You can hear the hesitation and love in his words the question really throws you for a loop âC-can I answer you when Iâm ready to come talk? I do want to be with you but Iâd like to be proposed to properly I donât want to remember the way we got engaged like this even though the answer is and will always be yes but for right now itâs a maybe later I love you Channie Iâll see you in couple days I promise..â you reply lovingly. You can almost hear the smile on his lips as he responds âIâd wait for you forever donât worry Iâll see you soon my love and Iâll do it right next time I promise..â
Minho:
The smell of mildew filled your nose, the feeling of your bed is different. Your eyes are burning as they adjust to the fluorescent light, your eyes widen in shock. This isnât your room. You look around in a panic as you throw the foreign blanket off you. You look around the room, you didnât see a single window. The only furniture that was there was the bed you were seated on and a chair across the room facing where you were once sleeping. Where were you? You lift yourself from the bed and make your way toward the door, noticing your lack of pants and shoes you rush toward the door trying to twist and pull on the knob before slamming your fist into it repeatedly âHELLO?! HELLO?! IS ANYONE THERE?â You call as you continue to pound your fist on the door. Panic filling your body in a tidal wave you hear footsteps coming toward you âHELLO?! Whoâs there?! PLEASE HELP ME!â You hear the person stop infront of the door as you try to open it again. âHello?!â You call once more to the stranger finally realizing how much of a bad idea it was. You had no clue who was on the other side of that door. It could be the person that put you here. Were they going to hurt you? What did they want? You questioned to yourself, bile rose in your throat as you heard the slight âclickâ from the lock and see the knob turn âW-wait!â You shout the door doesnât move âA-are you going to hurt me?â You question pressing your ear to the door only to hear silence in return âplease answer meâ you plead the stranger knocks once âd-does that mean yes?â You question fear filling your tone. They knock once again âDoes that mean no?â You hear two knocks in response âO-OkayâŠwhy am I here? Where am I?â You hear a heavy sigh on the other side of the door before they force it open.
Your eyes widen in shock and relief washes over you, as youâre greeted by your boyfriend. âMinho!â You exclaim tears almost streaming down your face as you rush over to him and wrap your arms around his neck burying your face in his neck âThank god! Why did you do that why didnât you answer me Iâm so scared right now and you couldnât just tell me what was going on? What happened why am I here howâd I get here? Where are my clothes?â You question as you pull back noticing the stoic expression on his face âI took themâ he states matter of factly. âW-why?â You question slowly removing yourself from from him âso you canât leave of courseâ he smiles sinisterly. Your mouth hanging open in shock âwhat? You did this to me so I canât leave?â He smiles once more the light that always sat in his eyes now gone their almost soulless. âMin whatâs going on? Something seems offâ you question nervously as you take a step back away from him âyou think itâs okay to break up with me? I think itâs quite okay that I prevent that. You told me to not come back to see you anymore. I canât just let that happen, itâs okay you just have to stay here; Iâll take care of you baby, donât worry.â He says taking a small step toward you as he placed a pout on his lips âcanât you hug me again? I wasnât ready so I really didnât get to hold you like I wantedâ his hand caresses your cheek âwhat do you mean I just have to stay here? What about my apartment? My job? My friends and family?â You question. Minho smiles sickeningly âThatâs the best part baby everyone already thinks youâre either dead or missing at the very least. Itâs okay I made everything look very believable and it wonât be linked to me or anything I am really sorry that I did have to collect your blood a little, I know youâre scared of needles thatâs why I put those pills in your drink so you would sleep through it cause I know youâd be scared but, because I needed everyone to think youâd died in the ordeal but you canât even feel it can you? I really did a great job right baby? Now we can be together and nothing is wrong anymore everything is fine. I mean it will suck to have to act really sad around my members knowing youâre alive but I have to so they donât think something is wrong didnât I do good baby? Iâll always do great things for you and now you can be free from those burdens, Iâll take care of you. You can live here itâs a house I know about thatâs underground you can walk around it as you like. Iâm sorry I locked you in here but you were sleeping and I didnât want you to possibly sleep walk or anything because that was one of the side effectsâyouâre fucking crazyâ you cut him off in shock at his admissions. âWhat the hell is wrong with you?â You growl. Fear grows in your stomach as his façade drops the smile quickly gone from his lips turning into a straight line.
âFine then I guess you canât go around as you like. And if you try to run Iâll cut your Achilles tendon look I donât want to have to do it this way but youâre not giving me a choice so go lay on your bed and think about what you said to me and fucking fix it when I come back with food for you. I love you so I donât want to have to leave you in here for too long, but I am an Idol you know? things like random world tours can come up and be there for months on end so who would take care of you if I decide to leave you here while I go? Either figure out if you want to be truly like the old you and die in a bloody gory death. If you be good and listen to me like you used to then Iâll be just as good to you. I donât want to hurt you nor does the idea appeal me honestly it makes me nauseous but Iâll do what I have to. Be good lay down and just let me love you the way only I can. Thereâs no one else for you anyway itâs us for the rest of our lives babe and if you have a problem with that, well Iâll take Stockholm Syndrome even if itâs your own brain tricking you into loving me again just so you can dissociate from this. Iâll take it but if you act like this again we will have an issue.â He threatens tilting his head to the side taking a step toward you âDo you want there to be an issue?â You shake your head in response âO-of course not, Min I-I was just surprised by what you said. Iâm just mad you had to use a needle on me but I really appreciate all the effort you went through, y-you did well I promise. Im not mad at you im sorry for trying to break up with you I wonât ever do it again but Min I donât want to stay here let me go with you.â You force out, you felt like throwing up at the softness of your tone. âIâm sorry baby you have to stay here but if youâre really not mad come here give me a kiss let me hold you.â You pout at his words âp-please min I donât want to be left here donât leave me here please Iâll be good ill listen to your rules canât I just be with you all the time? C-canât I just live with you? Iâm scared please Minâ you plead, you felt disgusted with yourself begging him but you could tell heâs unstable and you didnât know what he was truly capable of but you knew this was not going to end well if you didnât listen to him. Bringing yourself closer to him you place your lips on his feeling his arms wrap around you and you could almost pretend like things were how they used to be.
Changbin:
Waking up in a panic you look around the room, almost worrying when you didnât find Changbin sleeping beside you. The events from the night previous replay in your mind as you lift yourself from the bed. A sharp sting spreads throughout your back. You groan in pain, the door shooting open at the sound. âY/N, are you okay?â Changbin rushes into the room in a frenzy. You stare at him bewildered, âyeah. Why wouldnât I be?â You question almost sarcastically. You finally notice his disheveled state, the ghost of the trails of tears that streamed down his face. The scabs and bruises on his knuckles, youâre eyes widen in shock seeing his hands. Almost like a reflex you rush out of bed and grab his hand âWhat happened?!â You question worriedly taking his hand in yours .âIâm an assholeâŠ.â He states with a pout on his lips. âWhat? What happened to your hand Binnie? Are you okay?â He removes his hand from your grasp. âIâm a disgusting personâŠI was mad that I-sigh- I was mad that I hurt you s-so I punched the wallâ youâre eyes widen âYOU PUNCHED THE WALL?!â You exclaim. âI fixed it after I made a hole in it. I have to paint it but itâs fixedâ he murmurs. âDO YOU REALLY THINK I CARE ABOUT THAT FUCKING WALL? ILL DEMOLISH IT IF I WANTED TO WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?â You growl at him anger growing in your gut at the idea of him hurting himself. âI deserved it.â He states matter of factly. âHonestly I deserve worse. Iâm sorry, but when you were sleeping I checked on your back and put some ointment on it but itâs a really big bruise. S-seeing itâŠ.I wanted to die. I hate myself for doing that to you. I got really mad at myself and it just happened. Iâm so sorry, you donât understand how much I said it when you were sleeping but I need you to know Iâm really sorry and that it wonât happen again because-sigh-Y/N I think we should break up.â He sobs. You stare at him. âWhat? You want to break up? W-why? I wonât be clingy or harass you anymore I love you I donât want to break upâ you cry.
It was his turn to be shocked âY/N I hurt you. I gave you a huge bruise on your back. I put my hands on you which is something I never thought Iâd do. I canât be with you knowing I did that and honestly Iâm disappointed you would just let it go. Donât make excuses for me, donât try to justify it because there is no justification. I canât redeem myself from thisâyes you canâNo I canât you may be able to forgive me but I wonât be able to forgive myself. Look at your back Y/N! Actually fucking look at it I look like a domestic abuser. It makes me fucking sick!â He snaps. Your heart feels like itâs being ripped right from your chest and dangled infront of you. âBin I love you I donât want to break up we can figure things out. We can fix this. My back will healâ you go to grab his hand again âbut the trauma from it wonât. Not right away.â He states sadly as he takes a step back. You let out a whimper âplease we can work through this I love you. I know youâre going to be disappointed that I want to forgive you. But look at you right now I know you wouldnât do it again you look like you hate yourself right now. You are beating yourself up already why would I pour salt on that wound Iâm sorry but youâre not breaking up with me Iâm the one that got hurt Iâm the one with the bruise on my back so Iâm the one that gets to make this decision and weâre not breaking up.â You see the disappointment on his face âY/N.âno weâre not breaking up if thatâs what you want to say then I donât want to hear itâ you argue placing your hands on your ears. A pout etched onto your lips as you stare at him with tear filled eyes. You shake your head at him. A small sad smile spreads across his lips. âOkay. You win we wonât break up. Im happy youâre quite stubborn and strong willed when it comes to people you love. But I am disappointed you would forgive someone that hurt you physicallyâŠâ His tone is soft and caring. You feel the anxiety of a break up dwindling as you wrap your arms around Changbins neck placing soft kisses against his cheek. âI love you, youâll forgive yourself in time with me by your side okay?â
Hyunjin:
âItâs just a sprain. Rest it for 48 hours and take your anti-inflammatory. And keep the splint on for a week or two as it is only a Grade 1 sprain. Come back if the pain gets any worse or if it seems like the swelling isnât going down.â The doctor informed as he handed you your discharge paperwork. You nod along before making your way out of the hospital. Youâre not excited about going home, the drive here was excruciatingly painful but at least your wrist is splinted. You couldnât believe how Hyunjin reacted. How could he hurt you like that? The thought of the events earlier in the afternoon made you fee nauseous, how could the guy you loved for the past year choose his crazy âbest friendâ over you? You had allowed Yerimâs antics to go on for too long based on her friendship with Hyunjin. Pulling into your driveway youâre quite pissed to see Hyunjins car still there. Meaning they were both still here. Your blood boiled as you forced yourself out of your car locking it behind you as you make your way to the door. Before you could enter your code into the pad, the door is forced open. Youâre greeted with the sight of a disheveled Hyunjin. Tears streaming down his face, his sobs growing worse and worse with the glare you had directed at him. You roll your eyes as you shove past him, seeing his suitcase that was once under your bed now in the living room right beside the couch a complete lack of Yerims presence lingered. âW-wait! PleaseâŠâ his whimpers between his sniffles as he wipes his face on his sleeves. âWait for what Hyunjin? You werenât supposed to be here when I got back remember? It seems your friend knows how to listen properly but you canât.â You growl your mouth pulled into a harsh line, as you clenched your jaw. âI-I know but how could I just leave? I tried okay? I tried to listen to you I packed my stuff even though I didnât want to I justâI couldnât leave knowing youâre hurt. I couldnât leave knowing that I may never get to see you again and I know itâs selfish but I have to try to fix this. I didnât know what Yerim said but if itâs anything like what she tried to do then Iâm sorry I never realized. Iâm sorry I never knew the things Yerim did to youâŠb-but I do now! I swear I know the truth now and Iâm sorry I should have never pushed you I should have listened to what happened.. a-and I would have probably done worse to Yerim if she said the things to me that she said to you.â He cries as he makes his way over to you stopping right infront of you he tries to caress your cheek. You flinch at his action, and a pout forms on his lips as he hesitantly places his hand back at his side âhowâd you find out?â You question your eyes finally meeting his âcause thereâs a reason I never told youâ
His eyebrows scrunch together âdoes it matter how I found out? And why? Why would never tell me? How long has she been harassing you with that bullshit because thatâs what it is. Itâs bullshit! I never once slept with her. I never once told her I loved her, she was my best friend and I saw her like a sister and when she tried to throw herself on me when you had left I just lost my shit and realized what was going on.â He explained with tears streaming down his face. A heavy sigh is released from his lips and his current state is enough to send your heart into the morgue. âJinnieâShe was fucking pissed that I supposedly was choosing you over her but she doesnât realize how many times you probably feel like I chose her over you. You should have told me but that doesnât excuse what I did to you and Iâm so fucking sorry Y/N. I really am, a-and if you let me Iâll make it up to you. Yerim is gone sheâs out of my life she means nothing to me if she could try to ruin something that she knows Iâve dedicated myself to. She knew I wanted to marry you. She came with me to pick the ring for when I proposed but in the end even her attempts didnât ruin anything. You knew she was bullshitting. In the end, I ruined everything but I will fix it. Iâll make it up to you I want to be with you I love you and Iâm so fucking sorryâ He cut you off dropping to his knees and holding your good hand in both of his âif you forgive me for this it will never happen again. Iâm so sorry that I pushed you. Iâm so sorry I let my anger get the better of me because you are right I heard her tell you those things and I heard you defend me and I donât know I couldnât think and I got mad. But if it makes you feel any better I pushed her too probably a lot worse than I pushed you and I told her I want nothing to do with her anymore I think she got the message cause she slapped the shit out of me and leftâ youâre eyes widen at his confession your hand instinctively lifting his face inspecting his cheek seeing the fading red mark. âIâll fucking kill her she did what?!â You growl âshe hit you?â You rush past him grabbing your keys only to be halted by Hyunjin grabbing your hand âitâs fine I deserved it for what I did to youâ he comforts, your eyebrows raise âyeah and if anyone deserves to hit you itâd be me not her and I didnât nor would I want to hit you let alone allow some slut to do the same thing to MY boyfriend. Donât try to stop me cause Iâm going to fuck her up Hyunjinâ you notice the way his face lit up âAm I?â You shake your head at him in confusion âare you what?â He bites his lip as he stared at the ground âAm I still your boyfriend? What I did was really really badâŠand I donât feel like I deserve to call myself that anymore since you told me to leaveâ you look at him feeling a little guilty, whilst you did indeed tell him to pack his shit and leave you are kind of relieved he didnât listen. While you didnât enjoy the fact that he pushed you, his loyalty and the love he has for the people around him is what drew you to him in the first place. If Yerim wasnât such a bitch and didnât antagonize the issue then this wouldnât have happened and yes, while he shouldnât have pushed you he thought he was protecting his childhood friend.
âIâd like to think you still areâŠI-if you still want to beâmore than anything I want to be your boyfriend more than I want to be an idol at this very momentâ he cuts you off looking at you with hope. You bite your bottom lip and wrap your arms around his neck. You hear a sigh of relief release from his throat as he holds you against him as if youâd disappear when he let go. âThank godâŠ.I love you so much Iâm so sorry you wonât regret this I promiseâ he cries as he buries his face in your neck. You smile slightly pulling your head back to look at your sad puppy of a boyfriend pressing your lips against his. He kisses you passionately before you pull away âBut if I ever see Yerim itâs on sight. She doesnât have the right to put her hands on you just for rejecting her. Sheâs going to get her ass whooped and you wonât be able to stop meâŠâ

Late night dancing
Agatha Harkness x fem! Reader (she/her)
Warnings: swearing, touchiness, kissing, the media being shit, reassurance, fluff, angst, it's a happy ending
Summary: reader is a gamer and plays among us because that's what I was feeling and is dating Agatha who is a big CEO but their relationship is exposed one night.
"Ok an Y/n? What did you see?" Rea's voice chimed over everyone.
It was a classic Friday night stream. A group of friends playing round after round of games while drinking. Something Y/n had found herself doing a lot more ever since her streaming account picked up.
She sat up in her chair, "ok I was in electrical doing wires, and I left Jack in there. I run out and run past Leslie as she goes into electrical. I was like 'maybe she'll kill' so I waited for a few seconds before running back up. And not only did the vent close, Jack's body was right there!" She explained what happened in the few minutes. "Now, I'm not saying I saw her...but it's very obvious."
The group lightly laughed, "so Leslie? If not we come back for Y/n?" Felix had a smile in his words.
"Uh, it is not me. So you don't have to come back for me, thank you very much!" She put in her vote happily.
The night continued on and it was full of laughter. With headphones on she didn't hear the door open. "No! No! I don't wanna die!" She shouted while running to the button, Toast on her tail. She clicked the button before he could catch her. "It's Toast! He's been chasing me after double backing!" She cried out. Screaming when a hand placed on her shoulder.
The group laughed and tried to talk to her but her mic seemed to have been muted. All her stream saw was the body of someone and her talking to them. She smiled warmly before agreeing to something and unmuting.
"Sorry! But yeah it's totally Toast. If not you can come back for me." She locked in her vote once again.
"Are you ok over there?" Lily laughed, referring to the ear piercing scream.
She let out her own chuckle, " yeah just got scared was all. Also this is my last round. So trust me cause I'm right and it would be a good way to end my stream."
Everyone agreed it was valid and voted him off. Winning the game once more before she signed off. There was some protest, even with her live chat, but she did have to go. A wide smile on her face as she ran into the living room. Hoping the couch and right into her girlfriend's lap.
"Hello honey!" She beamed from ear to ear. "How was your day today?" She was quick to grow eager to hear all about what the other was up to.
Agatha groaned, "people are so dumb sometimes. Honestly, all they're doing is sorting files and working in an office. It's not that hard." She rubbed her temples.
Agatha was the CEO of some big tech company. She always had to deal with the other men in the industry who didn't take her serious. Yet, her company was the leading one and thriving.
"It's actually just infuriating to think, that just because I have a pair of boobs and a vagina, they don't take me half as serious. I'm mean, I figured we'd be past all this by now." She complained, each word making her headache even more heavy.
Y/n hummed in thought, "what if I taught you a game? One where your amazing boobs and vagina have nothing to do with it?" She offered, getting a look of confusion in return. "Come, we game!"
That night, Agatha was taught how to play among us and was surprisingly good at it. Her lying skills being a bit concerning to the younger but she knew it was all fun in games. Literally. Along with, Agatha struggled to lie to her, the ravenette didn't know why but one look and she was spilling the truth.
A few months had passed and it was a Christmas special. Everyone was on and ready to play. "Welcome stream! Welcome everybody! Happy holidays to those who celebrate, happy Friday to those who don't. Today we're back with another among us!" She greeted. Taking a few minutes to greet everyone and talk a little bit. Smiling at the questions about the mystery person.
She joined the group of other players and the conversations just flowed.
"So before we start, Y/n?" Leslie pulled the attention to the friend. A hum being her acknowledgment. "Got a secret lover you're hiding?"
The blush the chat pointed out was undeniable. She leaned closer to her mic with a wide smile, "maybe." Was all she said before the round started.
While she was running around talking to herself, the door opened once again. Her head snapped back and she grew excited at the sight of her girlfriend. Quickly, she placed her character by the emergency button and jumped from her seat. Going as far as turning off her camera to smother Agatha with kisses.
"Well someone missed me?" She teased, hands holding her waist as she enjoyed the feeling of love. "I was only gone for a few weeks?"
"Oh a few weeks too long!" She spoke through kisses. Not aware her mic was still on. "How was your trip, babes?"
Agatha grimaced at the nickname, "you know I hate when you use babes. You use that term so freely with friends. But it was good I guess. The hotel room was lavish. Work is boring to talk about? What about you?"
"Y/n!" Leslie's voice was heard through the headphones. "Is that your maybe?!"
Her eyes grew big as she slowly touched the mic. "Ummm....maybe." She spun from the hold and ran back towards the gaming display.
Agatha noted how it was purple all the time. She knew it wasn't the girls favorite color, but hers instead. She always wanted to ask about it but chose not to. Instead she followed over and stood behind the chair.
Y/n turned the camera back on and the chat went wild at the body in the background. Begging for a face reveal. "I missed the conversation, so I'm going to skip this round." And the votes skipped and the game went on.
"Y/n! What's her name? We all heard her." Leslie followed her around, the proximity chat giving them the chance to still talk. "I'm also going to be honest, my chat is saying she's in the room with you! And they saw her standing behind you?"
She laughed at the absurdity. "Yes she's behind me. I'm training her to play games so she can play with me. Especially since I got her to take a week break for the holidays. Busy woman."
Leslie squealed with excitement, "you should let her finish this round with us and you do all the voicing." She proposed knowing the others would notice the sudden behavior change.
Y/n turned to look at Agatha, an innocent smile spread from ear to ear. "I'll turn off the camera and you'll play?" Was all she had to say before Agatha was situating in the chair.
That's when she realized how comfortable it really was. What she didn't expect was her girlfriend to get handsy while she played. The way she kept talking as if she was the one playing.
She had gone a little quiet as her lips slowly moved against the skin of her neck. The emergency meeting interrupting them. A body had been found.
"So I found this body in electrical, and the lights were out but I can for sure clear Jack and Abe," Rea had began the discussion. "We were all moving as one so it was very unlikely they did it."
There was a silence before Toast spoke up. "Y/n where are you?" He began his interrogation.
"I was on the right side near shields. I had come down from Nav." The lie flowed easily as her hands kept roaming over Agatha's collarbones. Her nail scratching just lightly. "The last person I had seen was Leslie near the trash."
"That was a while ago though like the start of the round. I say we just skip this one we still have enough people." She had concluded. The group agreeing with her.
And as more rounds went on, Y/n got more lost in touching Agatha. Leaving hickies on her neck as she tried to keep her focus. Her blue eyes search for the mute button, eager to let a moan out but not wanting the world to hear. Even if the idea of it turned her on a bit. To fuck her girlfriend hard as the stream listened to her moan and pant out her name. She found the mute button finally.
"You're making this harder than it needs to be..." she hummed out. Eyes still trained to the screen as the character ran around. Just then, Jacks character ran by and she had hit the kill button. Winning the game without realizing.
Y/n unmuted quickly, "a killer in the night!" She cheered. She made herself comfortable in Agatha lap as she so easily switched back to the innocent gamer. "Another win for the compilation. One more round?"
A collections of agreements were thrown before the game started once again. It was a silent round this time. It was a mode that Y/n had brought up that was nearly impossible to win for anyone. Everyone was on mute and could only type one thing and had to hope everyone understood.
What she hadn't planned, was Agatha getting her revenge. Her wised hands moved better than hers did. They knew how to touch her and how to work her up without doing much. She sighed at the pressure applied to her chest, desperate suddenly for the round to end.
Blessed when she ran into the imposter and met her fate. She typed a quick goodbye in chat and her stream abruptly ended. Her headset flew from her head and she turned in Agatha's lap. Hands holding her cheeks as the kiss was full of passion. How she missed her girlfriend!
"I've missed you Aggie..." she sounded more sad than relieved however. It caught Agatha's attention instantly. And they both pulled back and stared at each other. "You missed our six years." Was all she managed before getting up.
She was right. Agatha was so busy with work conferences she had missed it and hardly even sent a text. "Oh angel....I'm so sorry. The meetings just, they distracted me from what's important. You know I never would...let me make it up to you."
"How about a late night? Like we used to? Where we'd just be bundled up and roam the city at night?" There was this big glimmer in her eyes. Begging to go out and relive a night of pure carelessness.
Ever since Agatha had become the CEO, she's had to been a lot more discrete about her public appearances. The cameras waited for her scandal so she would finally fall. The industry was out for her all because of how powerful she was. How powerful her company was. So when she lost the fight in her head, she agreed and began to change into something more comfortable.
Y/n was close behind her the entire time. Her arms wrapped around her waist as she picked out her clothes, head resting against her shoulder. Watching her hands grab the jeans that hugged her so nicely and her old college sweatshirt. But the younger moved quick, grabbing jeans of her own and the sweatshirt before running to the room to begin changing. She loved being in the others clothes, it made her feel more at ease.
"You know if someone saw you in that they'd think you're smart." Agatha had teased coming out the closet. She had already changed and was in just a simple purple hoodie. "Think you're a prodigy."
"I am?" Y/n spun around, finishing up applying lip gloss. Her smile being all the confidence she needed. "I may not be as smart as you are Ms. CEO but I thrive in other categories."
The woman hummed as she came closer, hands slipping under the fabric to hold her bare waist. Feeling the new set of beads that adored her. Curiously, she lifted to look at them. Her brows furrowed as she couldn't read out the letters. She crouched, holding her hips to stable her as she squinted. The purple beads went around and in the middle were her initials. It shocked her as she looked for the clasp to take them off, failing to find it.
"Aren't they beautiful? I had it custom made and permanently attached." She explained quietly, a finger slipping under Agatha chin and forcing her to look up. "Do you like them?"
There wasn't a verbal response as the brunette placed a kiss to the letters and came back up. Kissing her like the night depended on it. "Absolutely adorable. It suits you well. But those aren't your initials?"
"No they are not. But one day, it'll be close enough. Now I was told there was a night out? It's not going to happen in this apartment." She folded her arms over her chest. It earned her a chuckle before she was being pushed towards the door.
That night was perfect. The two walked down streets and took everything in while laughing. Being caught in the snow made it all the better as they would dance down the emptier streets, humming tunes of their own. They had found a hot chocolate stand and could resist as they kept walking around. Their night lasted till the sun began to peak back up. Both absolutely exhausted but it was well worth it.
Yet, by the eight o'clock news, Agatha Harkness was all over. Her lover and her dancing down the road as the so easily figured out who Y/n was. A big CEO and a streamer spotted through the downtown area.
"I just think it's a little absurd, is this a grown woman having a mid-life crisis? Trying to find some joy in the youth of today?" The voice of the news man woke Agatha up.
Her eyes took a moment to register what was on the tv, and once she did her heart felt stuck. The world was ready to take her down for this so easily. Her phone had been blowing up. That's when she realized Y/n sitting at the end of the bed, eyes trained to the screen.
"God...they're assholes. How could they be so quick to assume such bullshit." Her voice was weak and Agatha knew there were tears on her cheeks without even seeing.
"Hun..." she sat up herself now. A hand reaching out to reassure her.
"I mean is she taking advantage of this young lady? She's hardly through life and this woman has trapped her." He kept going and Agatha's hand flew back to her.
Those words did it. They stabbed at both their hearts and Y/n had to look back to Agatha. Her jaw was clenched as she tried to fight the sob in her throat.
It wasn't even a second thought before the streamer was rushing out the room to her computer. Starting a stream as she paced back and forth in the room. Hands running through her bed head and trying to make it less messy.
Within seconds over ten thousand people were logged on to watch. The comments being a mix of insults and majority defending her. She sat at the desk as the tears still fell from her eyes.
The word gold digger repeated in the chat. "That's sick. Actually sick and twisted. You all don't even know half of the story. You saw a few pictures of me and her dancing and so suddenly I'm the gold digger? Did you know I've known her before she had everything? Did you know at a time we both were living paycheck to paycheck together?" The comments had gone still almost.
"You so quickly took and painted her as a woman going through a mid-life crisis, and is taking advantage, ruining my future, when in reality she has been nothing but the sweetest, most caring woman I've ever met. She has done nothing but worked her ass off for everything she owns. I have worked my ass off for everything I own. So do not think for a second I am with her for her money because in the end I don't need it to survive." She couldn't help how easily she spoke. Not stuttering through the tears, but firmly addressing the now millions of viewers.
"So maybe before you jump to every wrong accusation you can possibly think of, you should really just consider the fact love comes in all forms. And that woman who you all bashed for no reason, is the love of my life and always will be. I will love her until I quite literally die. And it is all by my own choice it always has been. Because I'd be a fool to let that woman go. I support her everyday, I have always been her biggest supporter, and I will always be her biggest supporter." She concluded, giving it one moment to see if anyone in the chat would say anything. But it was nothing but support now.
She wiped her tears with shaky hands before ending the stream. It was just her at the computer now. Along with the flooding of tears.
Agatha heard the cries and came around, immediately pulling her from the chair and into the hold. Burying her head into her chest as they swayed slightly. "It's ok angel.....we're gonna be ok."
"They're wrong," she managed to get out. "They're so so wrong!" She pulled back to stare up at her girlfriend. "You know they're wrong right? I don't care about..about any money. I never have I love you because you're you!" She was sobbing uncontrollably, she felt like she was spiraling.
Agatha cooed her back against her chest. "I know. I would never think that of you ever, and you know that." She was going to find whoever got the pictures and make sure they never hold a camera again. How could a world say such cruel things about someone like Y/n? She hugged her tighter.
"How are you able to just accept what they say?" Y/n mumbled into the chest.
"The world has been looking for something to rag on me for years. It just wasn't right that they were going to use you. Your love is not a weapon. Neither is mine." Agatha brushed throwing her hair soothingly. "Why don't we have a lazy day hmm? We'll start with a bath, then we'll have brunch and go from there?"
A small ok was sounded out. And that's exactly what they did. They spent the day in only each other's presence and away from the media. It was them and only them.
Just how it's always been.

Part 9: Knows what no one else knowing.
The shopping center was glowing with the glow of holiday lights. In the middle of the center, in the main lobby, stood a large Christmas tree. It was decorated with golden ornaments and shone with white garlands that almost exactly resembled snowflakes. The shops in the mall were crowded with people who mostly came to buy gifts.
You met Suyong in a leather accessories store. She was looking for a gift for her mother.
You didn't know what exactly you wanted to give your parents, so you decided to just shop around to find the right thing. Suyong suggested that after shopping, we go to a coffee shop and have a cup of hot chocolate, which she also loves.
After walking several floors and visiting almost 20 stores, you finally bought your gifts. You settled on a wonderful Sulwhasoo facial care set and a Pandora bracelet for your mother. You bought Korean honey liqueur for your father, which he loved, and new cufflinks. You also bought Lindt chocolates and Korean sweets (hangwa) for both parents. Your mom just loves them.
You were surprised to see that Jungkook transferred 600 thousand to your card instead of 300 thousand as you asked. Because you need to return this money, you were hesitating now. Should you return 300 or 600?
The coffee shop Suyong suggested you go to is on the 5th floor. You took a table by the window to enjoy the view of snowy Seoul.
You placed your order and waited for it to be ready, discussing the gifts and things you saw while shopping.
You ordered a dessert to go with the chocolate, but Suyong didn't want any, saying she wasn't hungry. You looked at her suspiciously. She's starving herself again, trying to lose weight. She already looks like a codfish and still wants losing weight.
"Maybe you should order a piece of cake or a pastry." - You insisted. Suyong shakes her head in denial.
"No. I've already gained two kilograms since my mom came. She feeds me like I have no bottom in stomach." - Your friend jokes. You laugh. "So why are you late? You said you were going to take the subway." - Suyong asked. You froze when you heard the question. You instantly remembered why you were late. That amazing car sex you had with Jungkook was so worth it. But no one can know about it. So lying became your constant companion.
"I left the house and almost at the subway station I remembered that I forgot my money. I had to go back for it." - You made it up as you went along.
"But you paid with your card in all the stores!" - Suyong pointed out. You realized you were being silly. Surely you paid with your card because you didn't have any cash.
"Yes. But when I was almost home, I got a call from Jungkook who said he could put the money on the card." - You got out of it. Suyong didn't seem to believe your lie. Her eyes said so. She shook her head as if she understood that this was possible, but her slightly polite smile spoke of disbelief. She pretended to believe it, but you could tell she didn't.
"Jungkook is a good friend!" - Suyong said, as if mocking. But you were outraged. That she had never borrowed money from a friend? What was the big deal?
"He's a good guy, but he's an ass. I've known him since I was a kid." - You say, and for some reason your heart is beating faster.
"Yes, I remember." - Your friend recalls. "What does he do for a living?" - She suddenly wants to know.
"He works for a security company or something." - You answer, trying to be indifferent. But for some reason, you don't want to talk about Jungkook right now.
They know each other, but they've only seen each other a few times, when Jungkook picked you up from the university. Suyong never said you anything about him or asked about him. But now you wonder why she's suddenly asking questions about him.
Fortunately for you, a waitress came to table and brought your cake. When she left, you froze when you noticed Doohoon standing behind her, choosing a place to sit. You hurriedly turned your back so he wouldn't see you.
"Shit!" - You cursed. Suyong didn't understand why you were acting like this.
"Y/N what happened?" - She tried to find out why you were hiding. "Did you see someone?"
"Shhhh!" - You hissed. "Don't call me by my name. I just noticed someone I know who I didn't want to..." - You were about to say that you didn't want to meet him, but you heard Doohoon's voice behind you.
"Wouldn't want to see him." - He said looking at your back. You froze, not believing that he had noticed you. But you didn't have much choice. You had to at least say hello. You turned to meet his black eyes and that stupid smile that annoys you so much. "I know you're mad at me, but I'm glad I met you." - He says. "Hi, candy."
"Hi." - You say, annoyed. "Don't call me that!" - Doohoon made his smile even wider.
"Can I join to you?" - Your former friend asks hopefully. Of course you say ânoâ. You don't want to talk to that sneaky idiot.
"No." - You say. You hear Jungkook's voice in your head telling you not to meet with Doohoon. "This is a private meeting and you'll be in the way. I'll see you another time." - You say. And then you quickly add. "I mean never."
Doohoon laughs at your words. He looks over at Suyong as if to ask if she's okay with it. Your friend, who had been watching the two of you the whole time, was just puzzled. And when Doohoon noticed her, she blushed.
"My friend is a little angry at me. But I want to earn her forgiveness. So if you let me seats...?" - Doohoon turned on his charm. You almost threw up when you heard what he was saying and how he was saying it.
Suyong didn't mind and shyly invited him to the table. Doohoon sat down on the couch next to her, smiling gratefully. You were outraged.
"I'm not your friend. And we haven't been friends for a long time. I don't understand what you're trying to do?" - You asked.
"Don't be so aggressive. We can just sit and talk." - Doohoon says. Two cups of hot chocolate and a cappuccino for Dohun are brought to you. You take an irritated sip of the chocolate.
"I already told you that we are not going to talk. That's it." - You say dryly as the waitress walks away from the table.
"So did Jungkook tell you everything?" - Doohoon asks. You glance at Suyong for a moment, who simply doesn't understand what's going on or what youâre talking about. You exhale nervously.
"Now is not the time to discuss this." - You say, hinting at your friend's presence.
"If you need to talk, I can step away!" - Suyong offers, already trying to stand up.
"No." - You quickly stop her. "It's not you who should leave, it's him. Because he's the only one who's not a welcome companion here." - You glare at Doohoon and catch his irritated look. But he just smiles, not wanting to show his true emotions. This piece of shit!
"My name is Doohoon. I'm Y/N's friend from school." - Doohoon ignores your words and turns to Suyoung.
"Suyong." - Your friend introduces herself. You're nervous that this idiot won't leave your side. And how strange it is that you're seeing him twice this week. Knowing what he did to Jungkook, he annoys the hell out of you.
"Why are you here?" - You interrupt the acquaintance.
"What do you mean? Why am I sitting here?" - Doohoon pretends not to understand. You smile at him tightly.
"How did you find me?" - You ask, knowing without a doubt that he was not here by chance.
"I came in for coffee. I love this place. And I noticed you turning away. First I thought that itâs not you. But when I heard your friend call your name, I realized it was you." - Doohoon assures you. You look at him skeptically, but it sounds like the truth. You stop talking and turn to the window, not wanting to continue the conversation. Doohoon turns to Suyong and asks about her. They strike up a small talk.
You can feel the tension because of Doohoon's presence. But he's not doing anything wrong.
You promised Jungkook that you wouldn't contact him. And you're keeping that promise. This chance meeting is not your fault.
You're sitting at the table drinking hot chocolate, which is delicious. And that's the only thing that doesn't disappoint you. Suyong is actively communicating with Doohoon. You see how shy she is and how she keeps touching own hair. She seems to like your ex-friend.
It's not surprising. He is an attractive and masculine man who has good taste in clothes. He has a good accent and communicates well. But you won't let her get close to him. You already know his rotten nature.
Suyong asks to leave the table to go to the restroom. You are left alone with Doohoon. You are determined to go home when Suyong returns.
"Hey, candy." - Doohoon calls you gently. You respond immediately.
"Call me that name again and I'll punch you in the face." - You threaten. Doohoon just laughs. He likes it when you threaten him, knowing for sure that you won't do it. At least not in a coffee shop.
"Jungkook told you everything, and now you hate me even more." - Doohoon states.
"You're a big brain." - You say sarcastically. "How am I supposed to feel about a coward who betrayed his best friend?" - You almost shout. But Doohoon is looking at you.
"Did he tell you how I set him up?" - Doohoon asks, wanting to know what you know.
"Yeah. All that bullshit with the illegal fights. I know everything. Jungkook almost got killed there. How could you leave him?" - You look at Doohoon, your eyes soaked in anger. He is silent for a moment and then says.
"I didn't want my father to know that I was doing this. That's why I ran away. I had no choice but to set him up like that. But I knew that the person who offered us to fight in his club would not touch Jungkook. I knew he liked him." - Says Doohoon, twirling his cup nervously.
"If I were Jungkook, I would have beaten the hell out of you. Why didn't you agree to this 'super fight'? You would have gotten 10 million if you had survived actually!" - You say. Doohoon freezes and the cup stops fidgeting under his hand.
"Jungkook got 10 million?" - Doohoon asks. You don't know if you should tell him. You feel like you've already said too much.
"After he got out of the hospital. The bastard who sent him to the hospital paid him back." - You said.
Doohoon ponders your words. So Jungkook lied about getting paid for the "super fight." Because Doohoon probably knows that Jungkook didn't receive any money. On the contrary, he became a debtor to that person because of Doohoon's actions. That's how he set Jungkook up. He owed money to Namjoon and brought Jungkook to him to fight in illegal fights. So Namjoon could make money from betting. Doohoon also earned money, even though he owed Namjoon a large sum of money. The day he was expelled from the university, he told his father everything. And he ordered him to fly to the United States to study there. And to put the debt on Jungkook. The father set it up and put it into Namjoon's head that Jungkook would be able to pay off the debt instead of his son.
That's why Jungkook works for the âRUN NOIRâ clan. He is Namjoon's attack dog who still hasn't paid off his debt. And he will be in his power for a long time because of it. Doohoon will do everything to make sure that Jungkook finally stops bothering him. And Y/N is also part of the plan. He'll take her away too, make Namjoon disappointed in his loyal dog, and destroy Jungkook for good.
"Okay. You had a fight with Jungkook. Why did you stop talking to me?" - You ask Doohoon. It's a question that's been on your mind for four fucking years.
"I know you. You would have been for Jungkook. You're always for him. That's why I stopped answering you, because if you knew what I did, you would stop talking to me yourself. And then I went to America." - Doohoon says sadly. You don't believe him one iota.
"You decided everything for me. You don't know what I would do. But you did what you did. I didn't know what happened between us until the last moment. I was angry with you because you were the first to leave me. You could have been friends with me..." - You exhaled. "What you did to Jungkook was a real eye-opener for me. But I thought the three of us were really friends... Friends don't do that. That's what real bastards do." - You said angrily and noticed that Suyong approaching.
She returned to the table. Suyong sensed that there was incredible tension between the two of you. You were silent when she came.
"What did you talk about?" - Suyong asks. You're about to tell her that you have to leave when Doohoon replies.
"We were talking about Jungkook. You know, the three of us were friends. Y/N was telling me about their life together." - Doohoon says, and you freeze. Your eyes are fixed on the cup of chocolate and you can't move. He knows you're living with Jungkook. But how did he find out? Did he follow you?
"You live with Jungkook?" - Suyoung asks you, who for obvious reasons also didn't know that your new apartment you told her about was Jungkook's. You don't pay attention to Suyoung and look at Doohoon. He gives a fake shriek and can't help but smile a terrible, fake smile.
"Oh. Your friend didn't know you were living with your best friend?" - He asks. "But why hide it? Jungkook did the honorable thing. He offered to live together. Apartments in Seoul are really expensive." - Doohoon says, and your blood runs cold. This bastard knows so much. What else could he know? He's really dangerous, just like Jungkook said. You look at Doohoon and you don't recognize him. He's not the person you were friends with at school. You hear your inner voice screaming at you to run away. You grab your things and gifts and stand up abruptly.
"Come on, Suyong, we're leaving." - You tell her. She watches you for a moment and then gets up from the table as well. Doohoon is left sitting alone.
"Wait." - Suyong says, trying to get her wallet. "I need to pay for the chocolate." - You put your hand on hers and stop her from taking out the money.
"My former 'friend' is treat us drinks." - You say and look at Doohoon. He pulls his lips together, looking at you irritated. "Thank you very much. I hope I never see you again. If you come near me again, I'll go to the police and file a harassment report against you. I wish you all the best." - You cut him off and turn on your heel and leave the coffee shop.
You quickly walk to the elevator to the first floor. You are shaking with anger and fear. Why has Doohoon become so horrible? The worst part of this situation is that you see him trying to communicate with you, but you donât want. Not after what he did to Jungkook. You don't want to be between two fires. You don't have to because you're already on Jungkook's side, just like Doohoon said. Jungkook is too important to you, so you're only going to listen to him and his words.
What scares you is that Doohoon knows you're living with Jungkook and that he asked you to live together. But how did he know? Who could have told him this information? To put it bluntly, only you two knew about it. Jungkook couldn't have told him personally, because you certainly didn't say anything.
The blood is pulsing in your head. You want to get home as soon as possible. You don't even hear Suyoung's screams as she runs after you, trying to catch up. You only pay attention to her when you stop at the elevator.
"Are you okay?" - Your friend asks and tries to catch her breath.
"Yes, Suyong. I'm going home now. I have some things to do." - You answer, trying not to let the trembling in your voice show.
"I'm sorry I invited that man to the table. You don't like him." - She says with regret. You smile to reassure her.
"Everything is fine. I never meting him again." - You assure she. The elevator stops near you and you get on.
You stand close to Suyong because the elevator is almost full.
"So you live with Jungkook. Are you dating him?" - Your friend whispers in your ear.
"No. We've been best friends since childhood. We're like brother and sister." - You also whisper. Suyong smiles.
"Why didn't you tell me?" - You asks.
"Because of that you just asked. Because everyone immediately thinks he's my boyfriend. But he's just a friend. We didn't tell anyone because I asked. We get misunderstood all the time." - You answer. The elevator descended quickly and you got off, and Suyong continued.
"I don't know. Maybe it's because everyone sees how you guys talk. You're two constantly flirting. And you always look at each other in love." - Suyong suggests. You are taken aback by her words. Do you really behave like that?
"What the flirting, what the love look?" - You protested. "What are you talking about, girl?" - Suyong laughed at your reaction. You overreacted.
"What? I've seen Jungkook a couple of times and it's enough to know he wants to fuck you." - She says with a laugh. "I actually thought he was your boyfriend. I thought you called him a friend as a joke." - You stop in the middle of the road and stare dumbfounded at your friend. She notices that you have disappeared somewhere and turns to you. You stare at her for a long few seconds and keep walking.
"Suyong. Don't say that again. He doesn't want to fuck me..." - You say, but in reality it's already happening. "And we'll never go out with him because we're completely different. Besides, we've been friends since childhood. It's like meeting your brother."
"Well, everyone says that, and then they get married and live happily ever after." - Suyong argues. You shake your head. It seems hopeless to explain this to anyone.
***
You came home when the sun had already set. The apartment was a mess because you had left your clothes scattered when you left, and there were dirty dishes in the sink. You had left them out in the morning and planned to wash them later, but you forgot because you went to meet Suyong.
You changed into shorts and a T-shirt.
You walked out into the living room from your room and assessed the state of the mess you had made. Sometimes you're careless, but you always clean up after yourself. So before Jungkook sees what you've done to the apartment, you have to clean up quickly.
The first thing you wanted to do was to clean up the scattered things. Among them were Jungkook's things lying on the couch and chairs. You picked up one of his T-shirts and smelled his perfume. A pleasant citrus scent, with notes of lemongrass. You pick up his T-shirt and press it to your nose. You take a deep breath, enjoying the scent.
Jungkook. Heâs covered in this flavor. You like this smell so much. Something warm arises inside you when you stand there with Jungkook's T-shirt in your hands and smell it incessantly. You want his scent to be present with you. So you take off your T-shirt that you wore earlier and pull on Jungkook's.
It's big on you and long. It covers your shorts, and it looks like you're not wearing them. The aroma fills your nostrils and you feel instantly calm. All your anxious thoughts are replaced by thoughts of Jungkook. They make you feel safe and peaceful.
You continue cleaning and you get so addicted that you clean the entire apartment to a shine, leaving no room untouched.
You sit down on the couch and feel your whole body buzzing. You lie on the back of the couch with your head on it. You're feeling fatigue. Thinking about what time it is, you pick up your phone and see a text message in cocoa talk from an unknown number. You open it and see the text message.
"Candy, don't push me away, I want to be friends with you like we used to be. Iâm first who turned away from you, but I was afraid you would hate me. I want to earn your forgiveness. How can I do that? đ„ș"
You block his number. Anxiety takes over again. You're annoyed that this idiot doesn't understand that you don't need his friendship. Your head is bursting with unnecessary worries. You also wonder if you should tell Jungkook that he knows you're living together. Jungkook will probably be angry. You don't know what to do. Should you just ignore Doohoon?
You gather the last of your strength and get off the couch. It's 11pm. Jungkook is still not here and it's not known when he will be. You decide that you need to take a shower. But before you go to your room to get your things, you hear the sound of the combination lock.
Jungkook enters the apartment. Your reaction to him has been the same lately. Your pulse races every time you see your friend. This momentary excitement passes when you see his tired smile.
"Hey." - He says as he takes off his jacket. He's back in his bomber jacket and tight-fitting pants with a few pockets. His image is completely black as always. You remember his image in the suit. They are two completely different men.
"Hi. You're here before I'm even asleep, that's a success." - You joke. Jungkook smiles slightly and sits down on the couch. He looks very tired. His eyes blink slowly, and his posture is too relaxed. You sit down next to him. "Are you okay? Are you alive?" - You ask cautiously. Jungkook looks at you for a moment. Then he gently wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you close. He hugs you, resting his head on your chest. You hug him back.
"Now alive." - He says. And again, that fucking butterfly feeling in your stomach. What is he doing to you? He hugs you even tighter and you notice the warmth of his body and the strength of his arms.
It feels good to be in his arms and feel him too. You have really missed him all these days. But you don't understand why your heart threatens to jump out of your chest every time you see Jungkook.
The silence between the two of you drags on. Jungkook doesn't seem to mind just being silent and being in your arms. You feel his breath on your chest.
You wonder what to do next. Has your warmth been enough for him? You want to ask him something to distract him, but your thoughts are completely empty. You are enjoying this position too.
Suddenly, Jungkook moves away, but only a few centimeters. He looks at your breasts and then pulls away.
"Is that my T-shirt you're wearing?" - He says seriously. You're embarrassed. You've completely forgotten that you're wearing his clothes. And without his permission.
"Uh... yes, it is. I put it on because, you know, it was lying here on the couch. I didn't want to go into the room to change. I wanted to start cleaning right away..." - You were making it up as you went along. Jungkook was smiling defiantly. You were confused.
"And how often do you put on my clothes when they are scattered?" - Jungkook asked with the same smile.
"No. I don't really wear your clothes. I actually thought it was mine. I have a similar one..." - You try to sound convincing.
Jungkook grabs the edge of your T-shirt and pulls it up slightly. You freeze.
"It looks so good on you." - He lowers his voice. "If you like it, you can wear my shirts." - He allows. You give him a quick glance. His eyes scan you, running over your body.
"Thanks." - You say shyly. Jungkook is going crazy at your tone. Why does your shyness turn him on so much? Should he hold back? He's already fucked you today, but what's to stop him from doing it again?
Jungkook grabs you and pushes you against the couch. You're trapped. Your heart is beating somewhere in your throat and a fire instantly starts in your stomach.
"Jungkook..." - You protest very weakly.
"I think this is my favorite one you're wearing, thatâs why I think you should take it off..." - He says into your neck, kissing it slowly. He reaches under your shirt and pulls it up. You're not wearing a bra, and it instantly makes Jungkook harden. You moan sensually, closing your eyes, from his gentle kisses. His closeness becomes like air. You wonder how you ever lived without it.
"I can take it off if it's your favorite." - You barely say, enduring the sweet torment created by his lips, which are already putting a hickey in your chest.
"My favorite." - He whispers against your chest. And you're not sure if he's talking about the T-shirt. You feel your underwear getting wet.
He finishes with your breast and lifts his head to you. Your cheeks are slightly flushed. Your lips are slightly open and your breathing is fast and heavy. He reaches higher and in a moment his lips meet yours. His tongue instantly penetrates your mouth and finds yours. These feelings he evokes in you become a drug. You feel high every time he kisses you. His lips are soft, his tongue is skillful, and it's a perfect combination.
"Kook..." - You say when you have to pull away from each other because you're out of air.
"Yes, baby." - He replies as he climbs back down around your neck again. He can't wait taste that sweet skin.
"I have something to tell you." - You say. You don't think it's the right time to say it. But you know you have to tell him. Probably better to let him finish what he started, but the anxiety in the back of your mind urges you to speak.
"Speak up." - Jungkook urges you.
"I met Doohoon today." - You say and Jungkook abruptly stops kissing you. His gaze turns angry.
"Where did you meet him?" - Jungkook asks, looking at you intently. You realize you have to tell him.
"At Lotte. We meet at the coffee shop where I went with Suyong." - Jungkook stares at you for a moment longer and stands up, depriving you of his warmth. You lower your shirt and sit up straight.
"I told you not to see him." - Jungkook says in a serious tone.
"It was an accident. I was trying to hide from him, but he noticed me." - You say, making excuses. "And then he brazenly sat down at our table without being invited." - You said. You hesitated to tell him that Doohoon knew they were living together. Jungkook was angry, if you told him he might get even angrier. But you're scared that there is a possibility that Doohoon might have been following you.
"Why didn't you just go?" - Jungkook asks another question. You did leave, but a little later. Although Jungkook is right, you should have go right away.
"He wanted to acquaintance with Suyong. If I was alone, I would have gone for sure." - You assure your friend. "But he said something before we left." - You are nervous. You look at your fingers.
"What?" - Jungkook demands an answer.
"He knows we're living together. He even knows that you suggested it. I don't know how, because it's only the two of us who know. You didn't tell anyone, did you?" - You look from your fingers to Jungkook when you don't hear his answer. His face is pure rage. His eyes are angry, his eyebrows are drawn together. He stands up quickly and grabs his phone, which was previously lying peacefully on the table in front of the TV.
Jungkook walks over to the window and stares at the night landscape outside, dialing someone at the same time.
"Hey. Check if my house is being watched. And text me immediately." - He orders someone. You panic. Has Doohoon really stooped to that level? Why would he do that?
"Kook..." - You call out to him. You sound panicked. He turns and looks at you with a distant look. As if forgetting that you are here. "What's going on? Why would Doohoon want to follow you? Or me?" - You ask. Jungkook approaches you and pulls you into a hug. He is silent, and you are again the one who knows nothing about what is happening.
"You don't have to worry about anything. I'll take care of everything. That piece of shit won't bother you anymore." - Jungkook promises you.
"Is it really that complicated between you two?" - You ask, tilting your head to look into Jungkook's eyes. He looks at you and doesn't know what to say. Things are really complicated between Jungkook and Doohoon. Jungkook has put up with a lot of his nonsense, but if he starts acting out using you, it will be the end of him.
Jungkook boils over with anger. This fucking sucker is out of line. If he lays a finger on you, Jungkook will destroy him.

part 4 || masterlist
You've found yourself spending a lot more time with Jenna than expectedâso much so that you could almost consider yourselves roommates, having explored and learned the backstory of every picture in her living room. You knew quite a bit about Jenna, maybe not everything, but you knew her down to her music taste. Which is, maybe not a lot to some, but it was deep for you. Learning about each other's music tastes felt like exchanging wedding vows.
The two of you frequently dined at fancy restaurants or strolled through nearby supermarkets around the corner from your neighborhood. Making you wonder on where the hell is Jenna getting reservations from at the most luxurious restaurants out of town. These outings became the go-to whether you both were feeling ecstatic or just wanted to unwind after a bad day. And your meetings with eachother started occurring later in the day rather than in the early mornings.
You were slowly falling head over heals, over and over again until you went mad with her. It had reached a point where not hearing Jenna's voice or feeling her presence beside you felt wrong.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"There's my favorite actress!" You ran towards her, a broad smile on your face that reached up to your ears. In your hands, you held a DSLR camera, not too large but not too small either.
Jenna, seated in her usual spot on the bench in front of her house, responded, "Not an actress," blocking her face with the camera you had pointed at her.
"âYet," you grinned, "Don't you want to be in my special first video vlog?" Turning around, you gave the camera a chance to capture the changing scenery of the year, with leaves transforming into warm shades of orange and red.
You had big dreams of becoming a director, a career choice you had clung to since childhood. Piles of files filled with DVDs you had created when you were young. It didn't matter if you didn't have a deep story to tell, your videos were filled to the brim with stupid and idiotic stuff you used to do as kids and overall you were happy.
"Where'd you get that from?" Jenna asked, standing up to examine your camera's display. "Ooh⊠The quality's top-notch," she nodded approvingly.
"It was a very late Christmas gift from my friend I go to film school with. She saw me literally struggling with my phone, so she finally got me a camera for professionals only." You emphasized the word "professionals," feeling proud to have your very own camera instead of one borrowed from someone else.
She chuckled at your comment, "I've always wanted to film something on a camera," she whispered, her voice carrying a hint of nostalgia.
You gently set the camera down, your heart trying to calm down due to how close she was to you.
"I⊠I have this project for my film class," you began, turning to face her. "We have to vlog something in our lives that we could watch a few years later in time. It's supposed to be something bittersweet, my prof would say." You laughed, hoping to gain Jenna's approval.
You noticed her eyes twinkling, her eyebrows raising in excitement, and her lips forming a big smile that revealed her dimples. Fuck, you were so in love, it was maddening.
"Then let this be the short film of a lifetime."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The 'short film of a lifetime' became a series of short films of a life time. Capturing your daily talks and strolls with Jenna, hoping that one day, the two of you could meet up again and watch these videos, laughing to your hearts' content. It was a sweet memory you'd hopefully make, really.
The alarm failed to wake you up because you didn't even sleep. It was Jenna's 17th birthday, and being even a millisecond late was not an option. You hadn't been able to celebrate her 16th birthday since she had just moved to town weeks after that, you knew after months of talking to her. And now, you were determined to give her the best party yet.
You stepped outside in the outfit Jenna had picked for you during one of your shopping tripsâa comfortable ensemble that solidified your opinion of Jenna's excellent fashion taste.
You had your gift ready for Jenna, all those months of saving up money and even starving yourself finally paid off as you bought headphones that she always wanted and was always ranting to you about how expensive it is, a pair of brand-new Sony Headphones to replace her old ones.
You turned on your DSLR camera, ready to record and all, until you looked up and see people loading boxes into a truck.
Your heart raced as you ran towards the truck, hoping against hope. 'Fuck, fuck fuck... Please, not today,' you repeated to yourself, breath ragged as you tried to calm down.
Spotting Jenna's sister Aliyah, you called out to her, "Aliyah! Aliyah, wait!"
Aliyah turned, a smile on her face. "Y/n! HeyâŠ"
You exhaled, "Where'sâWhere's Jenna? Is she going back to your house for her birthday?" You set your camera down, your voice shaky as you released the gift bag you held.
"Didn't she tell you? She's going across the country; she just got cast for a character in a film!"
You dropped your camera, confusion and shock hitting you like a truck.
"What?"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"There's my favorite actress!"
"Not an actress...
"âYet."
The video played on and on, a retro sound mixed with sratches from the old camera you once cherished. You lay quietly down on your bed, your eyes starting to form eyebags, and the air starting to sound like a certain song you'd play when you're at your darkest times.
It's been half a decade since your last interaction with Jenna. Countless of sleepless nights, meals skipped, and relationships with others destroyed all because she moved across the country to pursue her acting career. Not once did she think to send you even a single letter, expressing how much she missed you or offering a simple greeting. But who were you to expect so much from her?
You get that she was busy, and you get that she has other matters to attend to. You knew for a fact the harsh reality of the entertainment industry demanded constant attention, and slipping up even once could mean being left behind. But a dark void in your soul could only want to ask of her a simple hi. Youâve watched Jenna through her films, her interviews, her Instagram stories, witnessing how she became a star. You were happy for her, there was no denying it, you were so happy for her she got to achieve the dream she was dying to succeed, but you couldnât help but wish to celebrate it beside her, even for just one moment, rather from a distance like this.
You were only someone she met in her neighborhood, and she became someone unreachable. You were someone she only knew for two years, and yet, the countless smiles sheâd give you when you were around, the moments she looked you in the eyes where you thought you finally meant something to her, the times sheâd say you were someone special to herâthose became nothing but everything. You start to ponder on who could ever truly stay with you. Maybe itâs inevitable youâd go along with your life without someone whoâs special to you, someone who cherishes you like their dying wish.
When she left, your soul left with her. Now you were never the same. You never looked at things the same, walking down that street being something youâd regret, watching a film youâd think she would love could only make you breakdown into tearsâmissing her touch like you miss the warmth of the sun on a cold day. The world, once vibrant when Jenna entered your life, now appeared through somber lens, your simplest pleasures turned into tortures you would never wish on an empire.
You couldnât be mad at her, no, you didnât have the right to. How could you be so instantly attached to one person that they became your entire world? You spent your whole life creating memories you cherished with everyone around you. You had worlds to see, you had symphonies to hear from the beat of your headphones, you had comforting scents to smell whenever you walk into a familiar place, you had delicacies your mom once had made you when she was still in your life to taste, you had humans to touchâpeople that were close to your heart. Everything you had in the palm of your hands, taken away by a single glance from Jenna. Itâs like your life suddenly meant nothing without her.
While youâre all smiles and laughs, trying to hide the fact youâre missing that one person who made you who you are now, thoughts of her still linger at night. You would find yourself after a grueling day, scrolling through the accounts Jenna had created, even reaching out to her closest friends or family members for any updates on her well-being. You still hope one day youâll take that street yet again, reminiscing about the days when you were delighted to wake up on a cool winter morning and eagerly anticipate seeing someone, and that someone eagerly awaiting for you as well.
You sighed as you took a step on the street you were always walking on. It was already noon, and the feeling of not walking this road without the morning sun will always be so weird to you. The wind of the road reaches out to you like something of a horror film, your headphones you initially bought for Jennas birthday being the only escape to the reality you've sentenced yourself to, as if she was still there with you. If only you had known for what was about to strike you, maybe you would've confessed.
Like Jenna, you too achieved your dream job as a movie director. While you didn't work on big films, you were just happy you got to help bring stories to life, stories that Jenna often liked to read, hoping one day she'd maybe take interest in the films you directed.
As you walked, you find your eyes flickering to the bench Jenna used to sit down, a part of you wishing she would magically reappear and surprise you as if nothing had happened and it was all just a dream.
Then, someone was thereâa brunette with the same hairstyle, engrossed in a book, much like the ones Jenna always loved.
"Jenna?" You called out, eyes widening.
The brunette started to stand up, book still in hand that was obscuring her face.
"Jenâ! Fuckâ SorryâŠ" You bumped into numerous people who seemed to have materialized on the street that wasn't crowded a moment ago.
âJenna! Jenna, why didnât youâ" You extended your hand, wanting to touch her shoulder, feeling on the verge of breaking down into tears, desperate for an explanation, screaming whys and hows.
A car suddenly passed by you, the wind knocking you out of your senses.
Shit, it wasn't Jenna. It was never Jenna.
You were going insane. Why were you still grieving for something so alive, but so gone?
You were on your way to the location where your co-director, Emma Myers, had instructed the rest of the actors to shoot for your new film, Finest Kind. It was the first movie ever where you felt a bit uncertain, but you took it anyway. Emma was a friend you had made during your lowest days in film school, always there for your rants and providing a comforting presence that made you feel better about yourself.
Due to a morning that almost got you killed, you arrived 20 minutes late, earning applause from everyone when you finally reached the spot, Emma in the background shouting a rowdy 'Finally!' as the rest burst into laughter. It brought a genuine smile to your face, finally.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You didn't know of the casting, since that was you, your technique. You enjoyed a bit of surprise in your approach to movie directing, a quirk Emma took note of, and so, everyone introduced themselves to you and the rest of the crew, forming bonds for the months ahead.
You sat in your chair with your last name written on the back, reviewing a script that the writers had printed out, it was fairly nice. You were already envisioning how you wanted it to go, and now you were standing up to take the affirmative with Emma, until, a certain voice caught your attention.
"Excuse me, could IâŠ" A voice murmured behind youâa familiar voice you knew and loved from the very beginning. However, for some reason, your heart dropped, and you wished more than anything to erase yourself.
"Jenna?"
"Y/n."

So, this week's episode...
[spoilers below cut]
I KNEW IT!!! I knew that one of the two episodes left of the year had to be a holiday one aha!! *LE GASP* does that mean the last one will be sonic 3?
*nods* respect đ
A Christmas special with TARI, oooh! and noticeably a shorter one too, huh. alright, let's-a GOOOOOOOO
(the following is my live reaction:)
aww, look at Tari being adorable (see that's how you get me, have my favorite characters do cute little hops and my life is yours)
bringing back the side characters LET'S GOOOO
CLENCH omg you're back I hope you can stay for the whole episode
ooooh tari's christmas list just dropped. hmmm let's see...
Saiko = KFC Theme Guitar (honestly slay) Mario = Spaghetti Necklace (whether he's going to wear or eat it, he'll enjoy it regardless) Kaizo = Scythe Polish Luigi = Gardening Kit SMG4 = Body Oder Spray (my man can't catch a break, "he stinks" canon) Belle = Nintendo Switch Case SMG3 = Dog Grooming Kit (for Eggdog awwww) Melony = How to draw Manga book (nice callback to "SMG4 and SMG3 Shop For Cursed Items" episode for Christmas shopping) Whimpu = Glasses Repair Kit Boopkins = Body Pillow Cleaning Kit (...) Bob = Karaoke Machine (that's actually sweet considering he is a rapper and the obvious choice would be a gun or smth, tari's a good friend) Rob = Corn Keychain
the cliche superhero transition *wheeze*
can I just say I love the fit Mario has on
1920's spaghetti?
i did not expect to see Sonic 06 (foreshadowing, eh?) and as a sonic fan, i gotta respect the hustle
now, i know it's supposed to be disgusting and you obviously have to put gross things here to convey that but... there's that eye imagery again.... *flashbacks ensue*
oooh Christmas party! I wanna see that!
aww tari did get clench a glove, maybe she didn't want to spoil the surprise too soon
also let's take a moment for that board in the bg:
"Random Text Here Shameless Advertising Happy Birthday smg4!" then something signed by a "Fan"
gotta love the small details
gonna be using this as a reaction pic for now on
Mario, don't you guys have a basement? pretty sure no one will grab the bag in there
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA OMG OMG THERE'S NO WAY THIS IS REAL THEY ACTUALLY USED CANTRO'S OUTFIT DESIGN FOR THIS EPISODE THAT'S AWESOME DUDE (am aware that the Team used the model before in a previous ep but it was only shown for a few seconds, this is BIG)
new merch, eh?
...i'll take your entire stock
Oh Tari, it's okay to say no. Four did ask if you had time
beautiful commercial....wha? Bob, da hell are you doing? oh the usual
charity? understandable, have a good day
PFFT HAHAHAHA that grenade bit somehow got me
oh Four somehow teleported outside, chair and all
*wheeze* the way they just latch on the back of the cop car like that
BOOPKINS? ...yeah I should've seen that coming. and he's on a toddler seat too
question for the people: is UNO a board game? if not, then boopkins, you got it wrong buddy
RIGHT NOW?! boopkins she's got her hands full
GEEZ even I'm getting stressed
gonna be real here: it was actually a good choice to have the plot at a faster pace just so we could feel Tari's stress rapidly building up
oh hey Meggy's matching with Mario (love that for the M&M siblings) but Saiko, girl, please get yourself a coat :( you're gonna freeze
OH GOD Tari, i need you to breathe please! all of this is stressing you out, it's okay to say no
...oh no
i can't look dude, i know Tari's technically fulfilling everyone's wishes but this isn't the way to go :(
C'MON TARI, HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT IN TIME PLEASE
NO NO NO *flips table* oh poor Tari
OH NO CAN I GIVE HER A HUG PLEASE? *shakes my laptop screen* LET ME INNNNNNN
WTF NO SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS
TARI DON'T LISTEN TO THOSE VOICES IN YOUR MIND, YOU ARE A GOOD FRIEND
...three? let me turn the brightness up
yeah that's Four's model but for some reason has Three's voice and line.... huh... (I'll come back to this later)
dude, i literally had to pause and leave the room
fuck you got me tearing up. Team, is that what you wanted from me?
no tari, it wasn't your fault :( you didn't ruin anything
YES TELL HER, SAIKO
STAWP I'M THIS đ€ CLOSE TO FULL-ON SOBBING WTF
FAMILY IS FOUND đđđ
...wha? Three?
wait, this whole episode was you were retelling what happened to Tari, to Eggdog?
...that actually puts things in a whole new context (I'll talk about it later)
*gets hit by the book*
AY Congrats to Mango for your art being featured in the end credits! đ what an awesome Christmas gift from the Team honestly
.ă»-: ⧠:--: ⧠:-ă».
This was a fantastic Christmas special! This really punched me in the gut (but in a good way). Everything, as always, was amazing. Excellent job, Team!!! Too bad Clench couldn't be in the whole episode.
Oh Tari, my girl :( I felt the emotional rollercoaster along with her and I just wanted to give her a giant hug.
Me đ€ Tari â people pleasers with a dose of abandonment issues
Tari, I've been there and I promise your friends aren't gonna leave you. What you can offer, what you're able to, that is worth something. It doesn't need to be material, just being a part of their lives is enough. No matter how big, because to them, it could mean a lot more than what you think.
It's what I've been struggling too, that the people who have approached me only wanted what I could offer, but not as a person. And it takes time to heal and open up again to people who are worth opening up to, but you'll get there.
So, to remind you (yes, the one behind the screen): you are enough. We are enough. What you do, means a lot more to other people than what you think. You'd be surprised how much a second of your presence means to people, and they value that. It's why it's okay to say no when you aren't able to, they'll understand if they truly do care for you. I promise, time will come around for you to find the good ones.
That's why I love this show. It isn't just a "silly meme show", it's so much more than that. Yes, it does have its funny moments but it can be emotional, dramatic, exciting. And even relatable. That's the point of stories. Like I said countless times before:
Every story, no matter how outlandish it seems, is grounded in reality.
That's why I'm glad this was one of the last episodes of the year, to bring it all back that it's a story that we all can relate to in some way. That we aren't alone. Grab each other by the hand and take one day at a time.
Oh boy, sorry for that emotional stuff. Just wanted to bring some comfort đ With that, I'm gonna bring back what was the most interesting of this episode: SMG3
It wasn't until the very end that we realized this whole episode was Three retelling Tari's story not only to Eggdog but also to Terrance.
(If I remember the layout correctly, right in the same nook above the fireplace is where Terrance's photo is placed)
So, yes, he is reading a bedtime story to both of his sons. (just gonna cry in the corner for a second) He's such a dad đ„ș
Anyway, i shall put my theorist goggles on:
Back in the part when Tari was too late to buy the Crew presents and the voices in her head were bashing her for failing, we have SMG3 for some reason come in:
To be clear, that's Four's model (notice the lack of chip of the cap) but Three is the one saying: "And I thought I was evil..." Other than being the narrator, Three wasn't in the story, so the question is why?
The obvious would be that the Team simply made a mistake and forgot that they placed this in. Ok, sure, that's if it was on accident. But what if they did it on purpose?
As Three stated in the episode "Trash Friends", he truly believes he's "the worst version of SMG4"
Think about it: the basic roles for them are Four as the hero and Three as a villain.
If Three was ever in an episode all of a sudden is because he is the negative force of the story. Recall back to the episode "Meme Hunters" when Three was forced to be "the conflict" of the episode.
Now, it may seem harmless but to him, he was afraid to be perceived as nothing more than "SMG4's cheap and worst copy"
And also in "You Used to Be Cool", people have noticed when he does lay back a bit from the usual villain/rival role and bash him saying, "This isn't you."
Hero or villain, you're seen differently by everybody
Then there was the whole "moral of the story" part:
Ofc, it's a whole thing that Three refuses time after time that he's not friends with the Crew
Now with the context that we have, we just got a peek into Three's fears/insecurities. Basically: if he opens up and accepts that he has friends, they might try and take advantage of him. So, what should he do? Close himself off, be an asshole, and deny, deny, deny.
Despite risking literally everything, INCLUDING HIS OWN LIFE, for them, he's doing this to protect himself from emotional harm when he's the most vulnerable.
There's indeed a trope that villains, especially redeemed ones, would have a sense of empathy of some kind. They know what's like to hit rock bottom, it's why they can empathize with the people who least deserve it, like Tari. (Even with Four back in IGBP.) So yes, as much as this is a story about Tari, it also relates to Three.
How can you have what you want when you're the one holding yourself back?
Three: "I also need love, understanding, and tenderness." [IGBP movie, Spanish dub] Three: " I just want the USB in that spaghetti in your stomach so I can use it to gain fame and love that SMG4 has too much of, okay?!" Mario: "...Is that it? Silly SMG3, you could of just told Mario instead of suppressing your inner emotions and your fear of being forever forgotten." [Trash Friends]
I mean, look at the last episode, he was so happy to know he got fanart.
The pressure he has, the role he has to play, what he's perceived as. It all affects him. Sure, he doesn't care that he's not perceived as the standard definition of a villain but he is really as human as he can be, with fears and desires.
Another way to see the "failure" part of the episode is that Three could never see Four in a negative light. Sure, Four has made terrible mistakes but past the YouTube Arc, Three has never seen Four as a villain (again, the role of the hero thing). Four is flawed just as he is, but since he's the one telling Tari's story, he replaces Four with himself in the narrative.
It's not confirmed it's because he cares about Four in this instant but it's obvious he has done it on purpose. All because that's the role he plays, one he absolutely fears, "an evil and worst copy of Four".
(For all we know, he might've altered some other things in the story we haven't even known about.)
AND the fact that he's telling it like a bedtime story to his son(s) as a warning, so they don't go through what he went through when he was younger (his whole parenting of reminding them that they're loved and appreciated for even the smallest things)
So, long story short: me đ€ Tari đ€ SMG3 â underlining abandonment issues
I've been noticing that a lot of points from past episodes are starting to resurface again (like IGBP) and I do hope we get to bring back what's going on with Three. Then, we might get Three having the same conclusion that Tari went through: as much as he wants to deny it to protect himself, he'll realize that it's okay to be vulnerable and have friends.
And he'd be surprised how much of what he did was valuable to them. That what he seeks is already right in front of him. After all, he's already part of the Crew :)
He would just have to let himself avert his view and see the truth.

Hot Chocolate
Gwayne Hightower x Reader
Hi, first day of the December drabble special!
I hope you like it đđ
Reblogs, comments and likes are always greatly appreciated. comments always motivate me to continue writing đđ
If you have ideas for other drabbles, don't hesitate to write them in my inbox đ„°đ„°
Tomorrow's drabble will be with Aegon
Disclaimer: English is not my first language so I apologize for any mistakes.
Gwayne smiled as he watched you light up when you walked into the living room with two mugs of hot chocolate. On the way home you were talking about how you wanted to have one and warm up on his couch after spending the afternoon Christmas shopping.
âThanks,â you said taking one of the mugs and reaching over to give him a quick kiss. âI was waiting for you to pick out what movie we would watch.â
You brought the mug to your mouth as your boyfriend settled next to you.
Gwayne watched you struggle to swallow. It was obvious from your face that you didnât like your chocolate. Had he put too much sugar in it? Or maybe it was bitter for your taste? Or wasnât hot enough? He couldnât believe he had ruined this when itâs something so easy to do.
âPlease donât keep drinking it,â he asked putting his hand on your arm to stop you from bringing the mug to your mouth again. It was obvious that you didnât want to make him feel bad and thatâs why you were planning to finish the drink. âI know you donât like it.â
âItâs watery,â you said making a face.
âThen the problem is that I put in too little cocoa, Iâll go get more,â he said getting up.
âNo, love. Itâs watery. It has water instead of milkâ you said making him stop on his way to the kitchen and look at you confused âDo you always put water in it?â
âIsnât it supposed to be done like this?â he said feeling embarrassed. Now that he thought about it the last time Daeron went to his house and had his hot chocolate he had told him that it wasnât good like his motherâs. But Gwayne hadnât taken the comment seriously thinking that his nephew was just a mamaâs boy.
âOh, poor you, Iâll teach you how to make a good hot chocolateâ You got up with a smile and kissed his cheek before entering the kitchen. âDonât worry, itâs not difficultâ
âYouâre my guest, you shouldnât be washing up,â your boyfriend said seeing you start washing the mugs. He quickly rushed to your side and grabbed a dish towel to at least help you dry them.
âItâs nothing, itâs just two mugs,â you said as you left the last mug beside him and went to look for the milk in the fridge and then went to where the shelves were to take the jug to heat the milk. Probably if you had stretched your arm a little more you would have been able to reach it but Gwayne didnât miss the opportunity and stood behind you, pressing his chest to your back, and took it himself.
âHere,â he said as you turned to look at him, not at all impressed.
âThanksâ you thanked him taking the little jug but your boyfriend didnât seem to have any intention of moving to let you pass. âWhat are you waiting for?â you said trying to contain your smile knowing perfectly well what he wanted.
âA real thank you,â he replied, smiling.
Maybe on another occasion, you would have spun around until he asked you to kiss him. But now Gwayne was looking at you as if you were precious, something unique as if you were the most wonderful thing in the world when you werenât doing anything special. His gaze makes you feel happy, warm, and loved. You want to kiss him so you do. You were planning to give him just a short kiss to take away your desire and be able to continue with the task of making a good hot chocolate but you forget about that the moment you find yourself tasting his lips and you feel his hands on your waist.
The hot chocolate can wait.

JK's birthday 2019
Let's talk about JK's birthday in 2019.
I know it's a long time ago, but I got to thinking about it again and it just filled me with joy. And who am I to deprive you guys of some delusional joy as well? Right?
So, I think I am actually going to start from the end on this one.
JM flying half way across the world, from Paris...
to be with JK on his birthday only to have to fly out the next morning to Hawaii with Sungwoon.
And he does this all by surprising JK, who was not expecting him to be there with him, as he knew JM was in Paris, sly JM even sending him a kind of generic happy birthday message from Paris. You know, making sure JK KNOWS that he is still there on the streets of Paris all while JM was already on his way to be with him.
JM loved to tell us all about it in his Riad live (you know, the one he also told us how happy he was with the surprise birthday celebration JK arranged for him during their concert there, oh and the same one we got him eying his "manager").
There is a link to the live itself in my post as well.
And here you will find screenshots of JM telling the story:
He was so damn proud of himself.
And rightfully so.
He made JK's day.
Brought him this very special gift too:
Yeah, let's hear how this wasn't planned why don't we?
Anyways...
Moving on.
Or perhaps moving back would be the proper way of putting it.
All of this happened on JK's birthday itself at night time (JM tells us he arrived back in SK 8-9 pm). But see, JK started off his birthday for us.
Wait. Was it for us? Or more so, was it only for us? Or was it perhaps also meant for that one person that wasn't there on that day. The one person that was in Paris, and whom JK believed was not going to be spending his birthday with him. The one person that flew half way across the world to surprise JK, and he sure did.
I know at this point I could be considered to be reaching a little bit, but hear me out here. Yes, JK was sending Army a message (well a few of them as you will see), but I do think that within those messages (this is something that those two are so good at), he was also sending another message, and it wasn't just for us. Although you could argue that in a sense it was also for us (letting us know who was on his mind at that point in time).
So here we go.
JK posts on Weverse on the eve of his birthday. This is just after midnight, specifically at 00:22 or 12:22 am KST.
This one is clearly for Army (not the one who declares himself to be Army).
Following that, JK moves on to Twitter, where he tweets twice exactly 40 minutes later. 2 tweets, one minute apart from each other.
First tweet at 1:03 am SKT:
Let's look at the numbers first before we move on to bigger and better things.
1:03 am 1.9
Just looking at those numbers we can get:
13-10 (1+9)
If we look at the date as 1.9.19 then we have the 13-10 and 1-9 as well. Go figure.
On purpose?
Who knows... maybe if we look into it a little further we will have more facts that can show us either way.
The caption on JK's first tweet.
Could definitley be meant, once again, for us. Even though he already thanks us for making him happy. But what if this time it wasn't meant specifically for us. I mean, he already thanked us in a long message only 40 minutes earlier. What if the earlier one was for us, and this one here, with the timing of the posting, was meant for a special someone else, who happened to be far away from him.
Perhaps his choice to split his posts, his thanks, was because they were meant for 2 different recipients? Perhaps, this was just like him splitting up his White day live in 2023 into 4 segments. Each one of those segments with a clear purpose and you could also say a specific audience (at least for one of those 4 the intended audience was not us).
Yeah, I know, call me deluded. Call me crazy and call me whatever, but you know, I really don't think it's that far fetched.
And even more so when within a minute he tweets again. This time he uploads his gift - a snippet of his song Decalcomania.
Captioned: "This... Please look forward to it".
{Side note, we still are even though we will never get the full song seeing that he had deleted it.}
Are you seeing what I'm seeing here?
Like seriously, how can we miss this? And nope, you can't make up this shit either.
Time stamp on clip:
1: 18 min.
The song is clearly cut off at that time stamp.
This is not a coincidence. Seriously, enough is enough with that excuse. The recurring use of these numbers. 118, Nov 8, again and again and again. Before and after.
This is a clear message JK is sending again
and again
and again
and again
And lest forget a couple of his latest 8:11's
and
And here we have JK, on his birthday, following his tweet only one minute earlier thanking "you" for making him happy. Who he means by "you", well that I'm sure many will assume is his fans. At this point, seeing what came before and definitely what came after, I am easily convinced that it wasn't necessarily that "you", but the "you" that was about to surprise the shit out of him later that day.
So yeah, I'm finding it hard to conclude this is all a coincidence, seeing JM himself told us it's not...
As for Decalcomania. Well, that one requires a post all of it's own.
One more thing before I go.
JK's 2019 birthday was a big one. It happened when the band were on break. When JM was using this time to travel with friends (not that they didn't spend time together, JK basically tells us that in BV4). A time with a couple of yucky dating rumors. A time of self reflection. This was a break where JK had his hand tattoos done, and surprisingly (NOT) added that very 'inconspicuous' J just above the M after his birthday.
So yeah, this here my friends, is a hill, or even more so a mountain, that I am climbing up and are pretty confidently willing to die on...
